Blackacre are without a doubt the go-to jeweller. The experience of creating a dream ring for my fiancé was incredible from start to finish. The explanation of the process and the education on the materials allowed me to make an informed decision about every detail, and Sam and Laura were fantastic in helping me at every stage. The ring is absolutely stunning and Tess is over the moon with it and gets compliments daily. Go to Blackacre, you won’t be disappointed!

Sam and the Blackacre team rebuilt my engagement ring for me. The whole process and experience was first class, Sam kept me up to date on every stage of the process. It was so great to see exactly what they were doing and understand each stage of the process, making it such an enjoyable experience. I can see the ring has been made to a much higher standard than before, with such delicate detailing on the cage, uniform and delicate claws and the three stones are set beautifully. I came into the engagement ring process as a complete novice, but was guided through every step from designing through to choosing gemstones. The team at Blackacre are knowledgeable, relatable and extremely professional. I now have a delighted fiancée, an extremely special bespoke engagement ring and have also been extensively educated on ring design and creation. He was incredibly patient and offered a great deal of guidance based on his undoubted expertise. Everything was completed, on time and under budget and the final product is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend, but I didn't want to do a Boodles (too bling) or go to Hatton garden (not a nice experience). Blackacre were spot on. They are run by an enthusiastic, young and knowledgeable team. I always felt that Sam and Laura were making sure I got the best ring / diamond for me, rather than just trying to sell me something.
