Bottle arrived on time and well packaged. I don't think it's a problem but the charcoal was broken in two. What was more annoying was that it wouldn't fit through the neck of the bottle. I had to get a grater to shave one side - a bit of a messy job.

I left the filled bottle for about 12 hours and the water has a neutral taste which is what I'd expect (and hope for). I'll need to experiment a bit more to see if the same results apply to shorter times.

Postscript: Black + Blum kindly sent me another charcoal stick - great customer service!

I ordered 3 x Charcoal sticks and 2 out of 3 arrived snapped in half. They sent the item in a jiffy bag. I emailed them to ask for a replacement but still haven't had a response. The lady on the phone didn't seem to sure about replacing. Its a shame as I love my water bottle but certainly won't be continuing to buy anything from them again with such poor customer service. Really disappointing.

I have ordered three replacement bottle caps. They were packed in a box with a huge amount of paper as stuffing despite the fact that they would have easily fitted in an envelope. Cork and plastic is not going to break in transit. Considering that these bottles are supposed to help reduce waste this amount of useless packaging beggars believe.

Love the design but unhappy with the plastic insert, thought the one i had was damaged so i ordered a replacement and that was the same

Classy product (eau carafe) which looks good on the table as well as being environmentally sound. Makes London water tasty! I use one myself and ordered another as a present for a friend on line. It arrived promptly and in good condition, friend happy with the gift!

As soon as I saw these table decorations I knew that I had to buy them, and so ordered, two Loop chrome candle holders, two chrome flower loops, a Loop candle snuffer and some candles all designed by Black and Blum. They are beautiful, elegant and sophisticated, and look absolutely wonderful on my new glass table. I have had numerous comments about how lovely they are. The service I received from Black and Blum was efficient and professional. My order arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged, keeping the items safe during delivery. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I wanted a glass water carafe which was stylish enough to also place on the dinner table. Having researched a few this seemed to be the most sturdy too. The charcoal removes the odd taste from my tap water and seems to out preform my previous table top filter. Very easy to use. Excellent delivery service.

Clear product and delivery info, all arrived and as expected. The bottle is great! Minimal packaging saved on waste yet gave all the instructions I needed. Charcoal filter was super easy to fit. Bottle feels and looks quality and the top and stopper are really tight, no worries on leakage. And most importantly the water tastes great! It's easy to carry either by hand or by the fabric tag attached to the top. It can lie on the sofa or safely in a bag because it doesn't leak. Would definitely recommend.
