Black + Blum Recensioni 

Would love to review the product but the request to review has arrived a week ago and the ordered goods have still not arrived. Have waited nearly two weeks. Please connect your delivery operation side to the "get a review" side of the organisation. Not happy.

Items arrived promptly and all perfect

The candle holders I bought were good value for money. Delivery was early but they kept me apprised of the progress and allocated a time. All in all I would certainly use them again. I hope they keep up this standard of service.

Great service all round. Good communication on Delivery, I had to postpone it and there were no issues. Lovely product, a pleasure to deal with!

I love the large carafe....I was looking for a water filter system using a glass jug/bottle. Stylish and practical. Perfect.
Sadly the same can't be said for the water bottle. It is my error that I thought this too was a glass bottle, which it is not, plus the lid is hard for me to put the retaining clip over ( I have rheumatoid arthritis) But i will persevere!

DPD say they have tried twice but we have been in all day on both days. Also they say that a card was put through the door it wasn't. And now they want me to collect it.

Massively annoyed that I bought directly (could have gone to John Lewis) and signed up for email offers to find the same item half price on Black Friday.

Good web site and ordering procedure, efficient service. Very pleased with the products: "Eau Good" and filters.

Although love the design of my drinks bottle and large glass bottle my charcoal came broken, Black + Blum did not want to replace it as they said it would work the same even if in bits! However they did replace it as they had already recieved the item and informed me this would not be replaced in future in a very rude message. The products are not cheap and I feel tiny bits of charcoal floating in the water could be drunk ! Has made me think twice about buying from them in the future!

Great range of products, with the option to buy replacement components, should they be required.

I bought the Lunch Pot duo and just had to return to Black + Blum to buy a new lid, as the other lid broke after a year of owning. This was a little disappointing, as I've had containers from Poundland which have lasted longer and are significantly cheaper.
The pot itself is still good, a little stained from red curry paste but not too bad. It doesn't leak, which is a good thing!

Great products, great service

This is a great way to start loving water.

Having placed my order for delivery within 2 days of dispatch, after emailing and no reply, I had to call nearly a week later to find it hadn't yet been dispatched due to what they said was a problem at the warehouse, I was told I would then get an email that day to confirm it had been posted, I had to call again the following day as still no email to find they didn't have time to email the day before!!
Great product and well packaged but wouldn't buy from again as no organisation!!

Arrived in good time. Really works for filtering the water. Really difficult to get the metal fastening on the lid over the cork, hopefully eases with time
