Goid Product communication and delivery poor.

Bought these as a present and recipient is more than happy with them. However, delivery and correspondence could be better. Ordered mid December on 23rd realised had no further correspondence. Emailed them and received a reply within an hour that it was being looked into. Email 24th saying processed unfortunately did not receive item until the New year. Would pribably purchase again but would alliw at leadt a month for delivery...

Love the slippers

Love the slippers! Size can come up slightly small but do stretch. Socks are lovely! I suffer with planter so all the products really help with feet pain.

Absolutely love my slippers

Absolutely love my slippers! I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis so thought I’d give these a go… at first I didn’t think much of them but now can’t be without them! I just wish they were washable.

Not worth the money, cheap-feeling and uncomfortable.

4 pairs of slippers bought as gifts for Christmas. Not memory foam at all. You can feel the hard plastic of the casing through the soles. The sizing is very small. These just feel like cheap copies. Not at all worth the money, even on a deal.

UK address is a sham

UK address is a sham. Its a tiny flat near the airport with 1577 other business registed there and on further investigation is for the website only, but clearly there are no businesses operating from that address.

This is an asian based company. Cheap slippers that compress flat so quickly you might as well be walking barefoot and most definitely do not help with foot/heel pain as advertised.

Came 3 weeks after ordering in a ridiculous amount of plastic packaging.

Very much regret this transaction.

Late arrival

These were meant for a Christmas present and arrived very late. Ordered on 12th December and they arrived next year on Jan 4th. The parcel was packaged really poorly and cheaply. Just tape slapped around a bag.

I purchase 3 slippers. 3 for 2 so was a good deal. Very happy with the items except that it arrived very late, was meant a Christmas Presents but it arrived almost New Year. I purchase them on 10th December.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Would give these guys zero stars if it were an option.
Placed an order on December 2nd (Christmas gifts) and they did not arrive until December 30th.
With all of the social media posts and marketing to generate Christmas sales, clearly getting sales is more important to them than fulfilling those orders.
The items that did arrive are not worthy of gifting. Cheap and tacky and clearly a "made in China" product. The companies branding is on the packaging only, not on the product which is a give away of these being mass produced for multiple companies. This is not a "boutique" brand or product line which is what their marketing alludes to.
Dishonest in their marketing, quick to take money yet slow to dispatch, dreadful in their customer service.
Save your money and take your custom elsewhere to brands that actually care about what they do.

Terrible

Terrible. I will not use these again. My order took 15 days to arrive and the communication was awful. They just passed the responsibility to the courier and was not interested in helping resolve. Not even offered any compensation.

I would give a zero if possible as slippers ordered but no order confirmation or slippers received, but payment taken. Trying to contact but seems to be no contact or customer service for this company.

Non existent customer service

The slippers are fine, but the despatch times, and customer communication is really poor. If anything did go wrong, I don't think you'd get much help from them. Tok them over three weeks just to dispatch my order with no communication from them and when I contacted them about it, it took ages for them to get back to me with no apology.

Getting a REFUND is a joke

Getting a REFUND is a joke! I ordered buy two, get one free. I returned one (paid) item and the one (free) item within days of receiving. Now my money is being held hostage with other 'offers' to buy me off! I don't want a 50% return; I don't want to choose another item. Trying to use illogical 'friendly' language is not going to sway me. How stupid do you think I am? I want the money back for the one returned, paid item. Keep the free one. I'll keep the other paid item. How difficult can it be?

Well received gift

I was buying the sliders as a requested gift. So I did not have any input in the selection . The recipient was delighted even though he was wearing an identical pair at the time. He’d asked for a second pair to leave at his office so they must be good.

I bought a slide some years ago and that’s what made me reorder the same slide, but didn’t get that same comfy feel I felt years back. Consistency should be prioritised.
