Excellant service, the slippers and clogs are amazing I dont want to take them off
Comfortable
I did have to wait for my order but when I contacted the company they were quick to respond. I ordered the slippers as I have very painful feet, I was sceptical but they are so comfortable I ordered two more pairs as they are the only indoor footwear that helps my feet. I would recommend them. I have not tried any of their other products but very well might do.
I love the cloud slippers
I love the cloud slippers, nice and comfy and they keep my feet warm with the fur inside. Would have given a 5* review but I waited ages for them to be delivered.

Very poor. Not very comfortable compared to those l purchased a few years ago. Could not contact anyone to return. Customer service non existent.....
Bjorgk have asked me to contact them but their 'Contact Us' page still doesn't work. This is so frustrating. My order number was #54435. I hope they will now contact me directly.

It took more than 3 weeks to receive my order with chasing by email. Order tracking doesn’t work. The ocean blue colour is very different than the visuals. The quality of the product doesn’t worth the money and that much waiting.

Strange slippers but good Customer care
Having read lots of reviews of this company I knew the slippers would take a long time to arrive and, true to form, they did - I even had to email and ask what was going on!
The slippers are very strange, they felt like clown shoes and I found them very difficult to walk in so I returned them.
The company were very easy to deal with and very quick to respond and refund me.
I am giving 4 stars for customer support, slippers would get 2 stars and I would not recommend them.
Appalling Customer Service
The slippers I ordered arrived and weren't of the quality I would expect of a £30 pair of slippers. I returned the item for a full refund at the end of December but as yet (beginning of February) I have not yet had my refund. I would not shop with this company again, their advertising make them look like a legitimate business but they operate like a scam business.

Quality gone down big time
Quality gone down big time, slippers not soft anymore comparing to previous pairs I've got for my wife. They made from cheap materials, you can buy similar ones for 4£ tbh. I went for these only because they used to be good, obviously not anymore.

POOR Customer Service / Difficulty Returning!
UPDATE After my Trust Pilot review, I got replies via Email & Facebook Messenger within two hours & Instagram 14 hours later at 4 in the morning, obviously from abroad! Apparently the email I received which looked a standard reply to me about postage costs was a “misunderstanding” but I am not too sure as I am convinced it’s a tactic to make you believe it’s going to cost you half the price of the item to return so you are more likely to keep the item and agree to 50% refund and go away, the email panicked me at first but then I went searching their website which contradicted what I was told. Their own Policy states you are provided with a prepaid returns label. So be aware as I am sure this will have caught a lot of others out. In fairness Customer Services have agreed a prepaid return as per their policy and I have also received my refund this morning but I will not be recommending or buying from them again. Customer Service is terrible and the product was not much better in my opinion. The only reason I got action is by coming on here I believe as they want me to re look at my review once my refund is received but I am not changing it as it doesn’t change my experience. I have just added the update in the hope it will help others if they are thinking of purchasing or have problems with returning a product.
FIRST REVIEW Placed an order which was slow to be acknowledged and slow to arrive. I received the parcel yesterday and what disappointment I have. I ordered a 6.5-7 I am a size 6-6.5 and they are very small fitting. Comfort is non existent and they are terrible to walk in so bulky. They are not as described on the website as you are certainly not “walking on clouds” in my opinion! So now to customer services, do they exist as the response time is so slow. I asked to return for a full refund and they offered 50% and keep the item as to return it would cost me £8 to £15! Their return policy states they provide a “prepaid returns label” and returns for a full refund are easy and to follow 3 steps but the problem is the delay in replies and the tactics they use to convince you to keep an item which simply isn’t as described and are probably the worst pair of slippers I have tried on. I have noticed they do respond quick on Trust Pilot so I have come here to review and also get a prompt response and conclusion to my issue. I have tried to call the number in London but nobody answers so I think they are not a London company as you are made to believe. I am very disappointed and awaiting a refund. Order No 54694.

Upsetting experience
I have ordered from here before and it took a while but my sliders have really helped with impact stress on my knees, they really are like walking on air, I ordered some of the new fur lined clogs on 13/01/2025 and these have not arrived, I have chased the order and get a reply saying they will get back to me and then they said they received a cancellation request, I have not cancelled them I have responded to state this and that my previous order was fine and no reply I’m so upset I was so looking forward to the clogs and to be told something that is simply untrue is both upsetting and unacceptable customer service, please can someone put this right

These were recommended by my sister in law who got them after seriously damaging her ankle (broken and plated). I broke my ankle and bought them after being stuck indoors because I couldn’t wear any of my shoes, boots or trainers. I should also mention I walk like a penguin with my feet facing outwards. It causes problems with sciatica. So, when i got my sliders I had high hopes and expectation. Firstly, they are very comfortable. I afraid I wore the light pink ones, with Nordic socks, to collect my youngest child. They performed well outside, on uneven surfaces. They corrected my walk. I really do recommend them. I wear them all the time. I will be buying the sandals next. Highly recommend!
Convenient products and comfortable to use

I placed an order on December 11th as a Christmas present for a pair of sliders and a pair of slippers on the strength of the website offering fast delivery... they definitely don't deliver that! They arrived, (after a chasing email in between to find out what was going on!), on the 27th so missed Christmas. Although both pairs ordered were the same size the slippers were too small so had to be returned. They were dropped to the return courier on the 30th December and... I heard nothing until I chased again on the 17th January when, lo and behold, they were about to send them out! Funny that! Four days later they're still not here but I do have a tracking number. Basically, If you're in pain and want them in a rush look elsewhere... and besides; they're never going to cure any issues like plantar fasciitis. But if you've got time to wait, they will offer some additional comfort and cushioning.
To Bjorgk... If you have a sudden surge in orders and can no longer fulfill your advertised promises then change the promises you advertise! People will be fine if you're straight and honest with them!

Gave up waiting for these
Gave up waiting for these. They say they are a UK based company but I requested a dispatch update 3 times after waiting 10 days for anything to come through - I just got a message from a customer service agent who was waiting to get information from the warehouse - seems like their internal communications are not good and I feel sorry for those agents having to deal with waiting customers. Cancelled my order in the end and requested a refund - lord only knows when I will get that!

Avoid this company
I ordered on the 3rd January and they hadn’t even shipped it 15 days later. Their website says 1-4 days shipping. I asked for a refund in the end as it missed my wife’s birthday.
Customer service were slow responding.

I placed an order on the 6th of January and have no heard from them at all despite me sending several emails. Absolutely a nightmare! It is the worst Customer service I have ever experienced.
I just would like to know if I am going to get it at all as they have taken the money.

Did make a second order and have found delivery time slow. Still awaiting delivery of items. If this problem can be fixed then I would’ve full marks as the product is excellent!
Really great slippers
Really great slippers. I have flat feet and can wear them all day with no issues. Warm and comply lining too. My hubby has a pair and loves them too!
Good product, good customer service
Shopping on the website is easy and ongoing promotions as well as payment options makes for a pleasant experience. Delivery times leave to be desired but the sliders themselves are really good and help with my foot pain.
I placed an order in December and as expected it was lost in the processing mayhem. When I queried it I received an immediate response and later a confirmation of dispatch. I also received some socks, which I assume by way of apology for the delay.
They are very quick to replace a product if it doesn't meet expectations, which is always welcome.
The only issue I would say (probably me being naive) is that I didn't expect them to be from China. But we have to resign to the fact that almost everything is.
Altogether a good experience so far, and I have been and will be back for more.
