Bad, bad administration at the Camberwell site. When the old lady (Anna) retired recently, the new Business Centre Manager (Joanna) will make appointments and not keep them, no apologies!
I asked her if I had any mails and she said 'yes, you have some'. I went to collect the mails and there was none! - shear lack of attention to details.
My first day experience was nearly catastrophic: Less than 30mins of making my rent deposit and advance rent payment, an attempt was made to use my credit card to pay for an item costing £300; Lucky I had OTP on it.
I will avoid at all cost, not a good site to run a business - I am out!

BizSpace Newcastle - Amber Court has been a brilliant workspace for our team. Site Manager Lisa and Michelle have been nothing but helpful during the last 8 months since we moved in. Nothing is too much for them and the workspace is incredibly comfortable to work in, added to the offices we rent there are great break out areas, which have been great for the team to use. We can't wait to start another project so that we are able to use the space again!

Altrincham staff always very helpful. Also we had a delivery to Nottingham and want to thank ASH (Bizspace) for sorting out a problem.

Terrible security, no one cares, no one reacts to anything!
Account dept continued to incorrectly charge and then consequently charged me for not paying by DD although they always got their money every month. Awful company, look for alternatives, save yourself the hassle.

They've been super flexible and accommodating with our new unit. They promised to refurbish the unit prior to moving in, and that's exactly what they did. Couldn't ask for more!

Excellent Service here at BizSpace Basingstoke, Building management very approachable and fast to respond to any concerns raised by its occupants. Been here just over 3 months and know most of the staff on a first name basis. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and rarely is there any disruption to business operations and we're all well-informed before any changes are to be made. The space itself is well-located just off the slip road to exit Basingstoke and still close enough to the Town Centre and Transport links for anyone needing to commute.

I have recently rented an office at the Swindon site and it has been brilliant! Cost effective and a great centre.
Kirsty (Centre manager) has been brilliant from the get go!

The facilities are very good and offer flexibility in how people work. A very good place to have a business base

I have another break ins today goods worth thousands stolen and flooding in all site unit due to poor roof and gutter pipe maintenance again caused damage to the stock worth thousands, the management are irresponsible and breaching the license agreement everyday by not maintaining the site properly, they cut corner in every thing, very unsecure space considering moving out and take legal action against them. AVOID AT ALL COST

Bizspace! What can I say that’s positive…… nothing, tyseley units is a total S hole! The rent is through the roof, the roof leaks, consistent unit break ins! The accounts team are rude and unhelpful!, they make renting units a nightmare!! I would avoid like covid and the plague

I’ve just moved into Bss house (biz space) opening a takeaway and the service from the team, kirsty Sue and Andy has been great, my unit was clean and ready to move in and for me to tweak here and there, the rent is very reasonable and highly recommended any new or already business people to go take a look at spaces available, I’ve been given a very warm welcome from day 1 so five stars from me 😊

biz space receptionist is very accommodating and always very helpful. Very polite to our office staff and our careers who visit on a daily basis.

Over 15 break ins this year and the centre manager won’t replace crap padlocks for a better system. Kids fell through the roof and are in intensive care a few weeks ago.. no security or safety on site.
Toilet doors have been broken for months, flickering lights and no CCTV.
Even the gutters have dropped for two years and nothings been done.

Thousands of pounds stolen and they have been taken to court by one Tennant who had been broken into twice in a month.

Don’t risk your livelihood!

Very good value and brilliant staff! The centre manager and reception staff as well as the maintenance/cleaning staff can't do enough for you.

Wilson Park, Manchester. Used a room for 6 weeks to deliver an ESOL course to a group of students. Room was well set out and the equipment provided was high spec. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Kevin, the Centre Manager, was very helpful and checked throughout the period of the course that we had everything we needed. All other staff were also friendly and created a warm environment. An enjoyable 6 weeks. Highly recommended.

Kirsty at BizSpace Swindon was very helpful from the initial contact to the move in day, I now have the office space I need and it was freshly decorated before I moved in, highly recommended!

I've been at my unit for about a month and I absolutely love it.

My room is lovely, it's exactly what I was after.

Before, I was a tenant of London Conley Bizspace. I rent the premises from 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2023. In the last 3 three months, before I moved out, the rent increase without any notice. The payment was done by direct debit, I report the case to the office, but no one reply me. I stop the direct debit finally. And they continued to send me wrong amount bill.

I moved out from the premises at 31 Jan 2023. According to the contact, I can get back my deposit after 30 days of moving out. Today is 29 Mar 2023. I still cannot have refund. In between, I have sent email to the head office and site manager for few time. Unfortunately, nobody give me a phone call nor reply email to discuss the follow up.

In case the refund is in process, just let me. But, Bizspace is no feedback, no respond. Reply to the customer is basic job duties of site manager, However, I don't have BASIC services.
