Absolutely HORRIBLE APP.. I don't even remember ever ordering BITESQUAD but I CANNOT GET THE CHARGES TO STOP!!! EVERY MONTH I GET CHARGES AND NO MATTER WHAT I CAN'T GET THEM TO STOP! I cant even reach a website or get a response to a email demanding they stop!

If you see your order using this 3rd party service.. CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!! I Googled a popular pizza place and was taken to this site. I paid and wrote in the notes "I will be in the lobby". (I am on vacation in Hawaii) I was in the lobby the entire 30 minute window waiting for our delivery.....nothing! The driver sent a text saying he was there but HE WAS NOT. I tried to call back but it would not go through. I reached out to Bite Squad and they are refusing to refund my $115 saying the driver was there....AGAIN..HE WAS NOT.

There was no communication as to delivery information. Upon the delivery of our pizza, the Bitesquad driver rang the doorbell and left the pizza on our doormat (outside temp mid-50’s) without waiting for us to answer the door. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone in the future.

I ordered $50 worth of food and got a $100 bill. I tried to chat with them, and the first three got my chat terminated. The fourth was unrepentant even though I told them I had been a good customer since I used the company the ultimately bought,
Bite Squad Hawaii is a total rip off
Bite Squad Hawaii is a total rip off. We have used the service many times before. This time, the drive took forever to get here after having left the restaurant with our order 30 minutes ago - per map, he was at Safeway for 30 minutes (probably doing another order at the same time). Then he went to two wrong buildings - located nearby. Says food was delivered. Reached out to customer service - they said he tried to deliver the food, but couldn't contact us. Yeah, right. Said they can't refund us. Bite Squad gives bad service and rips people off.

This is the second time I ordered breakfast in Waianae, HI. The order was at 820am and at 1130am I had to cancel my order because no drivers. It’s a shame that bite squad keep on losing customers to Uber Eats. The office management continues to give excuses after excuses. Honestly Bite Squad should shut done on Oahu.

Order 3 hours early with a deliver time of 4pm. Order was verified and ready at 3:30. Driver picked up at 4:22. Then 12 min later it's moving. In there wrong direction. 4:53 it has not moved. Then there is no customer service.

The worst food delivery service out there. Stick to Grubhub, Doordash etc. Bitesquad doesn’t only cost tons more but they dont have a big restaurant selection and take forever. This is based on many experiences

I am sorry if you didn't receive your order. Upon checking, I see that the driver tried to contact you when he arrived at your address but you were unreachable. Since the driver did anything he could to deliver your order but cannot get ahold of you, the order is considered as forfeited.
My husband was outside the door & she didn’t see him???? She did not text us, email us nor call us…. She just didn’t deliver our food to us but clearly they do not care. She didn’t do her job & we have to pay for it! NOT right!!!

Too many times I have placed an order to see the tracking on line saying it was delivered. Nope. Nowhere to be found. Chat says they did not have a driver. What kind of antiquated system do you use that you say an order was delivered and it never left the restaurant????? Switching to Door Dash as Bite Squad sucks.

We had never used Bit Squad until now, and we were thrilled with our delivery. The hot food was piping hot, and the cold food was cold. The order arrived exactly when they estimated it would. We'll be using them again and sharing our experience!
NO NOTIFICATION UPDATES
First of all, I couldn't give a ThumbsDown because when I clicked on that button, I had a Plishing Warning so I'm here instead.
I made and order today and waited over 45 minutes and then I chatted with John T. He told me that the restaurant were busy and they blocked my order. I wasn't told until I started too CHAT, and I was told a credit will be applied to my account.
On my second order with a different restaurant, I found that when I was tracing, my order was stuck at "Verication" for about 20 minutes. I again chatted with someone and again, I was told that they didn't have enough drivers to delivery my order.
I've never had this problems before and I just wanted to let you know about the inconveniences it cause as we were prepared to have dinner and found both orders were cancelled.
Although I was given a credit, it really held us back from our dinner for a couple of hours, so decided to go out to eat. I felt the purpose of using Bite Squad is so we could relax at home and not have to drive out to find a place to eat.
Just needed to vent, and hope you will correct these problems I had when I tried to order. At least let us know in advance if either the restaurants are too busy to fill our order and if you don't have enough drivers.

Keep your expectations low……….
So I have had multiple bad experiences with Bite Squad. Everything from putting an order in, only to tell me 1 1/2 hours later the restaurant was closed, to having an order take close to 3 hours to arrive, to having missing items in the order, the food is almost always cold when it gets here etc. Not really sure why I’ve continued to use them.
Tonight’s experience was actually ok. Food was delivered just about the time they estimated, however, we ordered tater tots with the burger and didn’t receive them. The food was basically cold and had to reheat. Funny that I now think that this experience was ok. I mean, compared to some of the other nightmares, it was. But I do not understand why the food is always cold. Aren’t there bags or something they are supposed to use for this purpose? Shouldn’t they be expected to use them? Driver was friendly. The food was good after reheating. Just keep your expectations low when utilizing this company and you should be ok.

The driver was super friendly. We’ve had a ton of snow and streets not plowed well and a lot of homes still have not fully shoveled. He gave me 2 credits because my visibility and access was so good. He was thrilled to see that and made sure to let me know. Very kind driver.
I highly recommend you stay away from Bite Squad
I highly recommend you stay away from Bite Squad, I was a driver for them and they will get rid of you for no reason at all, I was a top driver for them then out of nowhere they terminated my contract for no reason, I even asked them why was I terminated they stated "Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason or no reason, upon written notice to either party". So I got terminated for no reason at all, if you are thinking about working for them don't, they will screw you over. I've been told by multiple people they would do this but didn't listen wish I would have. I highly recommend working for DoorDash, way better company. I relied on Bite Squad for my bills, even begged them on email for my spot back they didn't care. I will never use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order at 2:30 and was given an estimated delivery time of 3:15-3:30. At 3:30 I checked the status and it was still at the restaurant so I called them and was told the food has been ready for over 45 minutes waiting for a driver. I contacted bite squad was given $5 credits and told to "give the driver more time ." Again, at 4 pm I checked the status same result. I contacted bite squad again asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded not credits but refunded. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes just for them to say oh sorry the driver just picked your order up we can't cancel it refund. So now the food is over an hour old and you expect me to eat it! Terrible customer service!!! Will never use them again!!!! If a driver wasn't available the order should not have been accepted! I work at a restaurant I know the process!
