I had to reorder a shirt and vest. The return process was good up until I reordered the same items and now its more expensive not by much but it should be an even swap out.

Will never order anything from them again

The samples were so soft and while the colors were exactly as shown (due to lighting) they were still magnificent and pretty. It really helped me get an idea of what we want for our wedding.

The fabric samples are beautiful, I am planing to use Birdy Grey for my bridal part, the groom's party as well as out flower girl and ring berer. I do have to ensure that Birdy Grey has the size for young children, which is the next step of my deep dive on Birdy Grey. My only issue is with the carrier they went through, GOFO. When I receive my package through my elderly family member, I was informed that the package was thrown at her, the driver go into their vehicle and left. Not the fault of Birdy Grey. Birdy Grey's customer service team went ahead and changed my next order that was being shipped out to be under another shipping service to help avoid another incident. I appreciate and thank Birdy Gery for ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
