No Results After Months of Use – Very Disappointed
I used two of their creams for 4 months:
Biotrade Intensive Care Cream (Azelaic Acid 20% + Niacinamide 6%)
Pure Skin Brightening Eye Cream (Anti-wrinkle and dark circle serum)
I was initially excited to find a cream with 20% azelaic acid, since I had great results in the past using a 15% formula—it really improved skin smoothness and reduced dark spots. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this one. After several months of consistent use, I saw no results at all.
The same goes for the eye cream—it felt as though I hadn’t used anything.
I won’t be buying from this brand again.
The two stars are only because customer support was decent and the online purchase process was easy.

the ingredients are very good
the ingredients are very good, and the price is good. This brand is honest in what it is offering to its clients. My skien has improved thanks to the vitamine C serum, combined with the retinol serum. The Urea cream is also perfect for a good hydratation.

It will help if the tracking process will be more clear. In my case, I made an offer, wait for 3 days and then got a mail that order is completed - without any understanding where my parcel is. Sucessfully, I have got the product already, but it was nervous

Biotrade- Acne out
Absolutely terrible. I used it for less than a week, it dried out my face so badly that it started cracking. I used the ‘Acne Out’ set—the cleansing foam and the active cream for oily skin—but the moisturizer can’t keep up with how much that foam dries out your skin. I do not recommend it at all!

Based on your feedback, we would first like to clarify that the Acnaut routine for under-the-skin pimples requires a specific method of application. Incorrect or different usage from the one described can affect both the final results and the overall condition of the skin.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’d love to learn more about your experience with these products, as that’s the only way we can support you fully and find the most suitable solution for you.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could share more details — what type of under-the-skin pimples you’re experiencing (there are several kinds, and each is treated differently — if you're not sure, feel free to send us photos of your face so we can identify them), the steps in which you used the products, and what other products you combined them with.
The products from the Acnaut series are developed with care for the needs of acne-prone skin and are very effective and safe when chosen according to the specifics of your skin and used correctly.
Of course, everyone’s skin is absolutely unique and reacts to cosmetics in its own way. For example, treated and exhausted skin requires a gradual introduction of acne-targeted products and more frequent moisturizing — at least several times a day.
For this reason, the Acnaut Hydro Active moisturizing cream should be used not only in the morning and evening, but also during the day whenever you feel tightness or dryness.
At the same time, the Acnaut foam is an extremely gentle product, suitable for sensitive skin. Its lactic acid content even helps strengthen the skin's natural protective barrier and should not have a drying effect.
Like all cleansing products from Biotrade, the foam is sulfate-free.

As for your package, it was shipped to the Netherlands on 21.11. According to the tracking system, the status is: “The shipment is transported to the destination country/area and handed over to the delivery organization there.” You should receive your package within the next few days.
