Disappointing support for a defective bundle item
I purchased the rose oil as part of a bundle, but the dropper assembly separated and broke under normal, standard use. Because of this, the oil is now exposed to environmental contamination and is actively oxidizing.
Customer support has been incredibly slow to respond. When they finally did, they only offered store credit that expires in 6 months, claiming they "can't do anything" about a partial bundle. This is highly disappointing considering the rose oil is the only full-sized item in the bundle and the sole reason I made the purchase.

My go-to for years
Website is easy to navigate, quality products at reasonable prices especially when sales/rewards are applied. I appreciated getting free shipping by using the app - $8 shipping on a $30 order would have been a bit too much. I’ve been using Biossance for many years and will continue to do so.

I have not placed any of these orders they are all fraudulent I have tried to contact the company several times and they are doing nothing about it there have been five attempted fraudulent contacts through my email address I would like my email address blacklisted

Faithful Biossancer since 2018
It was easy to place an order. I love their products. I think they used to have travel sized items and they no longer do, which is unfortunate. Other than I I can typically trust that I’m going to get a high quality product. I became a biossance user in 2018 and it has been my go to since. Especially for the eye cream, serums and moisturizer.
