My new rollator arrived really quickly which was great.
The assembly was straightforward but given the size and weight of the rollator, some people might need help.
It has really big wheels, looks good and glides easily over bumps. I've taken it on the beach, out in my village and in woodland so far. It's given me my life back.

Bought sit right rollator but was too heavy to get out of packaging so looked to return. To my horror, only a fraction of the amount had been funded so I expressed my displeasure.
However I have now had a personal phone call from the company & this has now been resolved to my satisfaction.
I accept that there had been an error & hope that more care will be taken in future

I am delighted with receiving the Uplivin Trive Rollator from Bio-Lec Mobility which has more than lived up to my expectations. It is a very versatile unit, built up to a high standard and able to fold into a small floor space. Delivery was promised in 3 - 5 days but it was ordered on Friday at 4 o’clock and delivered at 10.30am on the following Sunday morning - under 43 hours which was exceptional.

Good customer service.
Shower chair arrived quickly and well packed. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault. Once Customer service contacted and fault identified a new chair was promptly sent. Didn't have to dismantle or send back faulty one. Very pleased with service.

Amazing customer service went above and beyond for my Dad to find a part for his walker . Well certainly be coming back to buy more items from yourselves nothing was too much trouble. Top star staff and company keep up the good caring work you guys do

First time having to purchase a walker/wheelchair. This company allows you to buy VAT free at the point of sale. I had a few issues checking out, the customer service team were very proactive. Bought on a Tuesday & was delivered on a Thursday. Very relieved as had to use it to pick up elderly relation from the hospital.

Very helpful and friendly on the phone. Crutches seem great.

The communication even though it was a bank holiday.
Delivery was bang on time and I would not hesitate to recommend you to others

This was the best tri walker for the price; it has sturdy, large wheels, bag, basket AND tray. It also came in a gorgeous pinky-purple colour. Furthermore, it was dispatched swiftly & was very well packaged. My only gripe would be that the ergonomic handles (much needed because of arthritic hands) were not in the right position. The handle had been applied to the frame SLANTED, meaning that the thumb/palm rest was too low to be of benefit. However, my genius husband heated them up with a hot hair dryer ..& voila! They now sit exactly where they should be. I recommend this product & Bio-lec highly.

What a great service I ordered a knee scooter on the Thursday and it was delivered by DPD on the Saturday.

Not sure who’s fault it is,but ordered a rollater through Amazon,when delivered,it was just thrown over a 6 foot back gate which has a sign on it deliver to front door,not sure how they done this as is heavy …
Amazon are dealing with this but think they need to look ok at their courier companies …

Customer service superb! They dealt with my questions brilliantly and sorted out delivery frustrations. Scooter is Sturdee and has already making my life so much easier. I’m quite tall there is a little wobble sometimes but general use is outstanding.

Customer service are very helpful and reply to emails within 10 minutes which is fantastic service.

Fantastic set of crutches, really sturdy and comfortable to use, not easy to get the bottom part into the middle part (square peg, round hole) but it does fit. 100% recommend

Ordered a wheelchair for my elderly mother. Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the payment didn't process immediately but the company kindly waited and sorted out the issue without fuss. Excellent service

I am very pleased with the rollator and find the big wheels are giving more stability and better manoeuvrability.
On and off public transport and kerb access.
I have had long walks and Its coping well on bumpy ground. Its a good quality product.

i acquired what I would call an elbow crutch. The wheels make it easier to use than an ordinary crutch. For the sake of balance I use a stick in my other hand when using the mobility aid. i'm sure it would be especially useful after surgery.

I’ve only been using them for 2 days & the ache in my shoulders feel so much less, long my that last.
I could not get the bottom section to marry up with the middle section, after several emails I managed it by putting a tiny drop of washing up liquid on the bottom section, then with quite a bit of pressure it all went together.
Definitely recommend
