These caddy bags are absolutely brilliant. Such a good side. In my opinion unbeatable. Such a speedy service.

The liners are very very poor quality. Their website is terrible, and you don’t get notified if you order something that turns out to be out of stock. Their customer service is rude and very slow. Their practices are actually illegal, they are trying to charge me £12 to send 4 rolls of faulty liners back, and are also trying to say I won’t be refunded for the roll that I took a liner from to try. This is completely illegal. I’ve had to report them to Trading Standards and my credit card provider to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Ordered 12 days ago i believe, no follow up, no dispatch notifications, emailed them last week to get an update, no answer, called them, they told me it was out of stock, supposedly they emailed me but i have checked spam and normal inboxes and there is nothing there. They are now out of stock with no delivery date and didn't call or email to tell me this or offer a refund, if i hadn't called they'd have kept my money. Whilst on the phone the advisor was also rather rude and just said well it's out of stock now. Not great as a first experience with these guys.

I ordered my new bin yesterday, selected the free postage option, and it arrived today. The bin is really nice and fantastic quality for the price. I can't believe that they can deliver such a bulky item for free when it was such good value in the first place.

The website showed my product was in stock and I ordered it. They of course took my money and after 8 days of waiting for my delivery they sent me an email saying it is NOT in stock and it has not been sent at all and if I want it I have to wait another 3 WEEKS. Definitely not ordereing from them ever again.

Have ordered 22 rolls of bin liners, but there is no tracking of delivery and the customer services are not answering my e mails. Have not received anything!!

These bin liners are really bad quality, they say on there website the are nice and thick. They are that thick you can see through them, what a joke.
Please don’t waste your money buying from this company, I feel totally ripped

Avoid at all cost.

Placed an order for next day delivery, website shows item as 'In Stock'. Waited 7 days with no update on the order status. Sent an email asking for an update, no response. Finally had to sit on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told "Oh that item is not in stock, sorry we don't bother updating our website". My advice is to shop elsewhere, absolutely terrible service.

These bags are very strong, and I just love them, especially knowing that they are better for the environment. Every little thing we can all do to change will, hopefully,
help the sad state our planet is now in.

I was a little nervous ordering from this company because of some of he reviews however I decided to go ahead as my order would be covered by paypal. I am happy to say they were excellent.
I ordered a two tier bin for my kitchen at around £10 less than any other seller with free delivery. It arrived within a few days and is exactly what I wanted. A couple of weeks in and so far it's all good.

Just the job to save on cleaning the rubbish bin.

I ordered products on 25th April. Still no delivery of the items or any updates on their delivery beyond the auto email received on the day of purchase to say the order was received and processed. Sent an email to their customer support email .... nothing back. That £44 wasted!

I have ordered my binliners from this company for the last couple years, mainly because they deliver quickly they are priced competitive and their bags are slightly thicker than most that I have tried and are more durable.

Purchase procedure was very straightforward , price competitive and received the product the day after ordering. Website said free delivery in 2-3 days so this was above my expectation.
I am using the liners in my Wheely Bin to collect leaves from the garden and then take to the recycle station - they are the strongest I have ever used and when full they are removed from the bin and carried to the garage without splitting as some others have.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product from Bin Liners Direct.

The bin liners are literally the best I've ever used - they are clearly a quality product that you have spent time developing to produce a great bin liner. I would not usually heap praise on something as simple as a bin liner, but you've created a great product here. Very much worth the extra cost to know it's better for the environment and won't do that dreadful thing the cheaper non-environmental ones do with splitting a creating a nasty mess to clear up. Delivered quickly as well which was a bonus.
