Oh my goodness! What an amazing company. I had an issue with an appliance and the team could not have been more helpful.

My Vileda Turbo Spin Mop bucket developed a fault after a couple of months. I received a quick response to my email and after sharing a short video of the fault on Friday I received my replacement on the following Tuesday. Wonderful customer service and a special shoutout to Agie, you were great, thank you. The Vileda Turbo Mop is the best mop bucket I’ve ever used. It effortlessly wrings the mop for fast cleaning of floors that dry quickly, would definitely recommend.

Initially the wrong item was delivered but was easily and speedily resolved. Delivery on both items was extremely quick.

Items were delivered super quick, and were in 1st rate condition. Perfect kit for our needs.

I ordered a Hills Rotary Dryer and it was one of the top of the range products,so was very expensive. It has a 10 year guarantee, but after 18 months, it is totally useless. Hills were uninterested nor were The Laundry Company. After emails to The Laundry Company and emails to Hills, I am still waiting for a reply 6 months later. I wished that I had looked at the reviews before purchasing a Hills Dryer or buying from The Laundry Company, as their reviews are very poor. I urge you to be very careful. I have just bought another rotary dryer from the manufacturer itself - Brabantia. I have purchased from Brabantia before and got 7 years from the product (a lot more than Hill's. However, The Laundry Company are their Agents and doing a bad job of it.

Told if you order before 12 you get next day, fair enough it was Saturday but still not received my goods and it's Tuesday. No reply to email also. Terrible service.

They made an error with one of the items in my order (which was made through the Marigold website), sending the wrong thing. I emailed them to see about replacing the incorrect item and immediately received a holding email about how I was in a queue and they’d respond at some point, which was a little bit of a red flag. After hearing nothing else, I emailed again to chase up two weeks later. Still heard nothing after another two weeks. Have given up on a response now. I’ll just take it up with PayPal. I’d recommend that you don’t use them (or buy from marigold.co.uk, who subcontract to this mob).

Absolutely abysmal returns policy.
Two pages of instructions- including what colour tape to use and where to stick returns label, warnings to follow instructions or else further costs would be incurred on top of the £12:50 return fee via courier.
Also told to stick returns label to outside (clear tape- NOT brown) as they will not be liable for loss of item- even though they provide courier. Also told courier would provide label. So contradictory advice which will probably cost me more money.
DO NOT BUY from these people, use one of the hundreds of companies that provide pick up points and who don’t care what colour tape you use.

Vileda 60m SupaDry Hoist Rotary Dryer
Requested to return and refund due to issues with arm falling out of its bracket, poor quality, excessive movement in the socket to pole, far too high for us to use without steps. Laundry company will not accept a return due to it having been installed. Broke socket back out of concrete and have £90 of scrap laying in the garage now.

Replacement catches for bins a rip off.
Have a duo 60 litre bin which I purchased at least 10 years ago. Great bin, rubbish catches/lids which I have replaced numerous times. Went on site yesterday to again replace the catches which were advertised at £7 each on the laundry company site. Hubby checked Amazon and managed to buy 4 for just over £4, no postage charges. No obvious difference between the catches and having fitted them today, they arrived overnight, work a treat. Come on Laundry Company be fair to your loyal customers, this one won’t be back!

Nice and quick delivery.
I was initially uncertain about buying from an online retailer, you never know when something is too good to be true. I received my items quickly but unfortunately, one item was damaged. I contacted customer service who quickly sent me a replacement. I would happily buy from this company again. Only knocked one star off as the original delivery was damaged.

Laundry company are still advertising Hills rotary washing line with a 10 year warranty which they know is unless as Hills have gone into liquidation. I and spoken to them and they said they will only give a 1 year warranty. Isn't this false advertisement. ???

We placed an order for a clothes airer, a parcel arrived a few days later without an order confirmation or dispatch notice. When we opened it we could it wasn't our order and should have gone to someone 100 miles away. We complained, there was no response or apology, just a notification that a parcel was on the way. The right item arrived today but, it was so poorly packaged it was smashed to bits and unsuable.
We're now chasing a refund as we've no wish to collect more incorrect or broken clothes airers.
Don't bother wasting your time with this lot, buy from somewhere more professional.

I ordered an ironing board cover of a particular design to exactly replace a friend's one that had been burnt. I paid extra for next day delivery and yet didn't receive it for five days despite emailing them to enquire. When it did arrive, it was a totally different design to what I had ordered. I would never order from this company again, their customer service is non-existent.

We bought Duo Recycling Bin 40 Litre Tower about 2 years ago. Great product but snapped lid spring made it very much useless. It's interesting that the company is not able to provide such a basic and inexpensive spare part for a product branded as their own and "best seller" Only help is a link to spares website where they know that the part is not there. Disappointing.

My wife bought a 40L 2 tier waste bin several years ago, and has worked flawlessly all that time, unfortunately the spring that raises the lid has failed, I looked on the companies website for a spare spring, no luck, they will sell you a new lid for £20+, but the new lid doesn't come supplied with a replacement spring, duh!, I then contacted their support team, they don't have these as spares, a mistake in my opinion. I'm not going to buy a new bin from them either.

Bought the bin for my new kitchen, the outside is difficult to clean, the inside is impossible,would like to add pictures

The hoist line I ordered has tension clips and the line comes out of these leaving washing lying on the ground.
This is my second hoist line and didn't have any trouble with the last one .
Why should we have to tie a knot In the short end and place back in the clip so you can use it when you have paid almost £200 for a washing line.

Awful customer service, after countless amount of calls and emails and promises no one ever called back or answer email

If I could give zero I would.
Ordered a rotary washing line, it arrived in an open box with packaging ripped. The courier has taken photos as he didn't want to be responsible for anything missing. I have emailed as I want to return the product only to be told £12.50 will be taken from the original amount.
Avoid at all cost no customer service diabolical company
