Worst experience ive had with online shopping they lied about having the goods in stock and ready for shipping after two weeks I messaged them they say they have a warehouse problem they dont have the item in stock while on the site they still lying about having it SCAMMERS!!! And still no money back

Oplichters.. Had het al moeten weten als ze geen enkele vorm van communicatie op hun site hebben staan. Ze versturen niks.

I placed an order on April 26th via the outlet website. The order confirmation I received surprisingly mentioned a delivery time of 5–10 working days. Which was not clearly stated beforehand and then, without any notice, we are al over sudden talking about pre-orders on an outlet sale and these shirts to be shipped by the end of May. That’s already confusing and misleading.
On top of that, I accidentally ordered the wrong size XS instead of XL . I realized this almost immediately and sent an email to no-reply-at-billionandbeyond.com, the email address listed on your order confirmation. Frankly, that is a very strange choice for customer service communication. As expected, after several emails, I received no reply at all. Completely unacceptable.
I then reached out to outlet-at-billionandbeyond.com. Malia finally responded on May 12th, saying she would look into it. I followed up asking for an update — and on May 22nd, I receive this:
“Hi Yordy! Unfortunately, the package has been processed already by the time you messaged here. The size can no longer be changed.”
Seriously? That’s your answer? I contacted you literally minutes after placing the order. The fact that it took over two weeks to get a basic reply, only to be told nothing could be done, is honestly a joke.
Ik heb op 1-1-2025 een bestelling geplaatst van 150 euro. De levertijd zou 5-10 dagen zijn. Ondertussen is het 14 mei en heb ik nog niks binnen gehad. Er wordt niet gereageerd op mails en dm’s.
