Today, I have once again realised how right I have been in choosing Biletix for all my organisations.

I've been trying to purchase two tickets for two seperate events, for about 3 hours now, and the payment doesn't go through. They have no e-mail on their page, and the only way to contact them, is to call their phone number, which isn't very convinient for someone who doesn't live in Turkey and doesn't speak the language!
Some of you may say "why aren't you trying their online costumer service?" which would be great IF THEY HAD ONE!

They quickly helped me with my ticket problem.

Zorlu psmdeki amadeus gösterisine avm'nin yogunlugu,otopark yetersizliği,ayrı bir giriş veya otopark olmaması gibi sebeplerden geç kaldık.Sadece biz değil bir çok kişi geç kaldı.Tamamen elimizde olmayan bu sebeplerden oyuna alınmadık.Ve çok mağdur olduk.Bütün paramız boşa gitti,keyfimiz kaçtı.Bir de hem valeden,hem otopark görevlilerinden,hem kapı görevlilerinden işittiğimiz azar da cabası.Ama biletix bu korkunç deneyimi bize unutturarak hemen mağduriyetimizi giderdi.Sorunlar her zaman olur ama önemli olan telafi ve usluptur.Bütün ekiplerine candan teşekkür ederim.Bütün alışverişlerimi bundan sonra sadece biletixten yapacağım.
