Biletlerimizi mecburi halden iptal etmek istediğimizde anında dönüş yapıldı ve iptal edilip ödeme iadesi yapıldı teşekkür ediyorum

Bilet iadesi istemiştim saat 17.00 civarı daha saat 19.00 olmadan birkaç saat içerisinde geri dönüş sağlanarak biletimin iadesi onaylandı. Bu kadar hızlı bir dönüş daha önce hiç görmedim. Teşekkürler Biletix

Incedently without being aware I bought 2 tickets at differnent rows. Just contacting once biletix provided me a solution. We bought 2 new tickets next each other and will get back paid the first tickets. Thank you

The concert was postponed. The website said they would automatically refund my money. I waited a few weeks and that didn't happen. I had to contact them by email. They responded very quickly and refunded my money. In the end, I'm satisfied. Thank you. I would use their services again.

I bought two non-refundable tickets for an event. Due to an illness, I contacted biletix customer service and told them i couldn’t be there. They asked for my medical report and helped me get a refund. They were quite helpful and kind. I will probably use only biletix from now on.

Müşteri hizmetleri üst seviyede çok çok iyi. Hızlı geri dönüş sağlamanın yanı sıra, çözüm odakları yaklaşmaşları süreci oldukça hızlandırıyor. İyi ki Biletix üzerinden biletimi almışım.

Eşimle birlikte gitmek istediğimiz tiyatro oyun biletini günler öncesinden almıştık. Fakat eşimin Sağlık problemleri nedeniyle iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Biletix yardım destek ekibi ile görüştüm durumumuzu anlattım. Bize link gonderdiler iptal sebebimizi belirtmemizi istediler. Bizde oyunun oynacağı gün iptal talebimizi ilettik ve aynı gün iptal işlemlerimizi kabul etip biletimizi iptal ettiler. Yaptığımız ödemeninde 1 hafta içerisinde ödeme yaptığımız kredi kartına iadesini gerçekleştireceklerini bildirdiler. Biletix yardım ekibine çok teşekkür ederim.
