Bought a great Rukka jacket this week. Excellent range of products and sizes available and more importantly brilliant service from Georgia who was knowledgeable, attentive and a great help in supporting me to get the right jacket that both fitted well and suited what I needed without being pushy or time constrained. Will be back for other purchases.

My first visit to bike stop - a lovely cafe inside too. Small shop but tons of gear. Went in for the Shoei personal fit service which was fantastic - my lid literally fits perfect now and feels like a new lid. Staff are very friendly and helpful - Cameron served me and dealt with the fitting and he couldn’t have been more helpful.

My only comment would be a time booking system for future fitting events as there were quite a few queueing and waits of about an hour. Other than that it’s a brilliant place. Will definitely be using the shop again.

Purchased new Bike clothing, great selection and given time to try and compare. Martin was very helpful and provided competitive pricing.
Cameron who looked after me was patient and supportive, giving me impartial but never pushy advice.

Ordered and just had delivered my D-Air jacket. This is the first time I've ever used Bike Stop, but I will definitely be using them again. 1st rate, reliable service, great communication, fast despatch and delivery. Product was a good price, and, as a bonus, they didn't have any issues with delivery because I live on an offshore Island. Keep up the great work folks.

Went to the shop no really knowing exactly what would be good for me but the help I got in store was second to none, this was the main reason I did not purchase online and what a difference it made. Perfect staff very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Will most definitely be purchasing all my bike gear from here even though it is 40 minutes drive it is worth it.

having watched some of bikestop's informative youtube videos we thought that if we paid them a visit we would hopefully receive good customer service. We were not disappointed. It has been quite a few years since we have owned a motorcycle and we needed to re kit ourselves. Helmets and riding gear etc. As we walked up into the main part of the store we were greeted by Cameron who was very patient with us and took the time to walk us through available clothing as of course we are way behind on modern day riding gear. If you like old fashioned customer service with competitive pricing this honestly is the place to visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10

Came in wanting to getting completely kitted out with bike gear as a new rider. Martin helped me through everything, taking into account my budget and was informative and friendly throughout. Bike stop kindly offer Blue light discounts which saved me a lot overall. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Where do I start with BikeStop? I took my first trip over to Bike Stop yesterday, upon realising they are only 15 minutes up the road from me. The coffee was great, the Sausage Toastie even better. I met all of the team during my 2-3 hours there and most of them introduced themselves by name and asked mine - a nice personal touch. Martin made a point of introducing himself properly and explaining the services they offer on site - in short, no ask is too much for them here. They price match, they tailor clothing and they deliver to your door if your purchase is too large to ride home with. Today I popped back for breakfast at opening (stayed until they closed ant 1) and was greeted by the same friendly team and some of the regulars who had also been in yesterday. As an indecisive buyer, Cameron and Martin must have shown me half of the jackets in store by the time I’d finished asking questions, both very helpful. I rode away with a nice new Belstaff Crosby, a back protector and a Belstaff down layering jacket, all at a very reasonable price, given the sale prices. Would recommend the cafe and shop to any biker (dedicated parking out front). I’ll be back again in no time, I imagine regularly, and look forward to some Ride-outs through the spring!

Have been using Bikestop for years and have always received a cheerful welcome when visiting the shop, with excellent advice and service given by the knowledgeable staff who are well versed in the products they stock.

My most recent purchase was a pair of Alpinestars boots that I'm really happy with. Joel was able to do me a cracking deal on the price, so that really sweetened the deal!

Got my new helmet from these guys and the process was smooth and easy! Good selection and fast delivery. Highly recommend!

I wanted an airbag motorcycle vest. My intention was to wear it under my various jackets. I was shown the options - Dianese - which you buy outright (can be worn over or under your jacket) or the one Martin modelled - the RST airbag vest. As Martin did, I chose a size bigger I would have thought, as the come up on the small side.
Good fit and the ‘brain’ arrived from France 2 days after I registered on the app.
As always great advice from well trained staff. I’m very happy with my purchase and I wore it today with an old biking summer suit (which I haven’t worn for 10 years as it lacked suitable protection). Great product!

I have bought my motorcycle clothing and helmets from Bike Stop for many years and always helpful with top quality products. I recently bought a helmet that although the recommended size I found it too tight and consequently gave me a headache. Bike Stop very decently changed the lining for the next size up and just charged me a small amount for the new lining. Great service

As a first time rider I required the complete kit from head to toe. Pierre was very helpful in recommending the equipment required at an affordable cost, without pushing high end but listening to my requirement we came to an affordable and good quality solution. Pierre made sure that he spent time explain to differences between items and made sure that the helmet fitted correctly. this made the experience very easy, everyone I spoke with at bikestop was very friendly and made you feel welcome.
