Really easy process and nice bikes. Our second bike came without reflectors and the team sent some out straight away, no problem. Very happy so far.

It's easy to choose a new bike when your child has outgrown the old one. Then it simply arrives a few days later and the old one is taken away at the same time. It's so easy and our son was delighted with the bigger bike and can't wait to ride it. Highly recommend it.

I really like the selection of bikes, the Forme bikes are light weight and sturdy, and have been great for my kid to learn cycling on.
I wish there was a free exchange after 1 year on the smaller bikes instead of 1.5 years, as kids grow quickly.

My daughter has a balance bike and a small pedal bike from bike club. She has recently learnt to ride a pedal bike and is now big enough to use her sister’s old bike that we had kept. I had been happy with bike club up to this point, as opting for used bikes had kept the costs down. I am however horrified by the £59.98 charge to return 2 tiny bikes, that we’ve been renting for a long time. It makes me feel like it has been a poor value service.

It’s a super easy service to use, and the bikes are fantastic. It feels very competitively priced too.

I've had nothing but issues with my first bicycle order with Bike Club.
1. delivery issues where deliveries were booked in, we arranged to be home and bike would never arrive
2. when it finally arrived, it had NO PEDALS
3. Pedals posted to me a few days later, after having to send 2 emails, but one was impossible to attach to the bike. I think it's a defective bike
4. No way to call/ reach customer service
5. I'm sure I ordered a NEW bike as had a whole discussion with my son not getting the exact colour he wanted as only old ones available. Then was delivered an old bike and told that this was my order. Pretty sure it's a glitch in the system or a mistake but no one is there to help.
Overall so disappointed. I've requested for this defective bike to be collected but waiting for a response.

Great for growing kids! Our grandchildren have all been provided with bike club bikes. My grandson has progressed from Woom 2 and 3 and is now confidently riding a Woom 4 at age 5. The bikes provided are of high quality so boost their biking experience.

Great company and great customer service! Bikes are all in great condition and saves many bikes going to landfill!!

Wir nutzen Bike Club jetzt über 1 Jahr und ich würde mich immer wieder dafür entscheiden und kann es Kompromisslos empfehlen.
Die ganze „Miet- Abwicklung“ ist übersichtlich und einfach. Nach einem Jahr dann das Rad gegen ein größeres getauscht, Rad kam 5 Tage später, dann hat man 3 Tage Zeit das alte zurück zu senden (Retoureschein wird erstellt)
Kundenbetreuung ist per Mail gut zu erreichen, ich bekam auf meine Frage innerhalb von 24 Std. eine Antwort mit sofortiger Lösung.

Ich habe jeweils immer ein gebrauchtes Rad gemietet und beide Räder kamen in einem sehr guten Zustand bei uns an (z.B. neue Bereifung) und war mit ein paar Handgriffen, die kein Hexenwerk waren, zusammengebaut.

was ich mir ansonsten noch wünschen würde, dass man Zubehör mit mieten kann, weil zum Beispiel gerade die Woom Räder bei Lieferung „nackt“ sind, bedeutet ohne Schutzbleche, Beleuchtung, oder Seitenständer, das muss man eventuell dann zusätzlich investieren.

I love how easy the process of renting a bike is with Bike Club! I would definitely recommend Bike club to parents. We just recently exchanged the size to a bigger bike for my 5 year old and the process was seamless!

My son absolutely loves his new bike, the bike club is such a great idea. The quality of the bikes is second to none, and it's so easy to set up. Great customer service as well

We're now on our fourth Bike Club bike—two upgrades for my eldest and now our youngest on her very first. The exchange process has been incredibly smooth and hassle-free every time. Being able to upgrade bikes as the kids grow is absolutely brilliant. It means we don't have a pile of outgrown bikes gathering dust in the shed—just the ones they actually ride.

The bikes themselves are fantastic quality, and both of my children genuinely love riding them. My eldest is 7 now and likely on his last Bike Club ride before moving on to a mountain bike (which they don’t currently offer), but the experience so far has been nothing short of excellent.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bike Club to any parent looking for a smart, sustainable, and kid-friendly way to keep up with growing riders.

convenient until it isn't. Returning the bike will cost you £35. My advice would be get a 0% credit card and purchase a bike on that. It will be cheaper over the term and you get to sell the bike on. Unless the payments per month match the true cost of the bike there really isn't much point to using Bike club.

I've had a subscription with bike for over two years. In that time we had two bikes. With the second bike, after having it for over a year, it became far too small for my daughter and so I started looking to exchange. 6 months of looking and there were no bikes available to exchange so my daughter was stuck with a bike far too small for her. I ended up cancelling the subscription. I then charged £30 for them to collect the bike! The month after I started receiving emails that my subscription has been renewed and payments were being charged to my account! With no contact number I have been struggling to resolve the issues. Do not use this service.

This is a brilliant concept and one we are so grateful for as it’s saved us a fortune on good quality easy to maintain bikes for our little boy at every stage of his development. We are on our third bike now and he is 7. Can’t recommend highly enough. Great delivery and collection and bikes are super easy to get ready for first use.

It's a different kind of scam. They're asking £34.99 just to return the bike — a completely useless service. Buy a second-hand bike instead and don’t become a slave to this company. I've been a member since November 2023, have already paid more than the bike's actual cost, and they're still demanding a return fee. Shame on you.

I have been part of bike club for many years and I hope I will be for many years to come. The service is excellent and the constant updates are brilliant. Exchanging a bike for my growing son was so easy.
