I found the website highly frustrating, difficulty in locating & lack of communication options discouraging!

Site information; quality and functionality of site is indicative that it was built by somebody with hardly any experience. There are no filter options so you need to click through each product one by one to see if your size, color, etc.. is available, making this site more of a time waste then a cost saver. Lack of and difficulty of locating any contact info for questions or customer support is super sketchy. The positive reviews don’t mean squat, cause if this bloke has a bad day, something goes wrong he can just pick up and leave with your money and never deliver your products.

Conclusion this is some bloke running a sketchy business from his prepaid cellphone, selling products from third party sights, that do the shipping etc.. You would find same product probably cheaper, saving time and frustration of finding available products in your size, color etc.., same or cheaper price, with satisfaction guarantee clearly printed out, easy and quicker returns, if you just go to the manufacturer sale/closeout sites. Bikecloset.com does not have any current stock he/she is making a quick and easy buck off your laziness and possibly ignorance. Go directly to the manufacturers or reputable sights like competitivecyclist.com or other well reviewed sites. This is a lazy hustler type of buisness

Dealing with Bike Closet is an experience that warrants someone like me writing a review, this is the third review I've written in my life (I'm 56), which goes to show how awesome it is dealing with a company that does what it says. Why do so many people love Amazon, I'll tell you, the returns are so simple. Bike closet is just as simple and they even credited the shipping on my replacement order and then again on my next replacement order (I thought I was a medium and landed up being an XL). They get back to you quickly via text quickly. As for their prices they are incredible. I love Bike Closet and will recommend them to everyone that needs anything cycling.

I ordered a pair of Sidi Alba 2 road shoes for $149. Two days later Bike Closet dropped the price to $99 for these awesome shoes. I thought, man, bad timing on my part. Then I sent an email to Bike Closet and asked if they’d give me a discount off the new $99 sales price on a second pair. Within two hours they had credited my account $55 for the first pair. I quickly ordered a second pair. Spectacular customer service and super fast getting the order shipped out to me in Texas. This was my first time ordering from Bike Closet . . . I’m blown away by the above and beyond customer service and timeliness.

I've bought bike cassettes from them and no issues.
Texting is the best communication during their current business hours in PST. They respond immediately and thoroughly.

A great small shop. Especially great customer service. I bought 3 of them, the previous two were of wrong size, and got very smooth experience in returning them. It seemed to be a small shop so it doesn't have a lot of inventory, and often have many sizes missing. However once there is a size fit, it normally is a great deal. Bought a POC Pro thermal jacket from it, and it's great. New, clean, awesome. 60% off from the POC official website price.

I bought the Fizik X4 Terra shoes. The shoes are beautiful, but i'm truly impressed with how fast I received the order within 48 hours!!! Totally recommend and also great deals

Like others, I am a first time customer at Bike Closet. After much searching, BC was one of the few retailers that had the exact, 1/2 size Sidi MTB shoes I needed, and at a great sale price. The 1/2 size was not available or shoes were completely sold out at all the big sites I usually buy from and no local shops sell SIDI. Really great prices and fast shipping and delivery. It will be a go to for future needs, especially if my local shops do not carry what is needed.

If you’re here, you probably just saw a great price online when you searched for a cycling item, and now you’re trying to figure out if Bike Closet is legit. I did the same thing last week when I saw that they had the best price (by far) for a rear derailleur. I ordered it on their website, they shipped it same day USPS (Wednesday afternoon), and it arrived early Saturday morning. It was new, boxed, and installed and riding that day. I had a great experience with them.

Absolutely horrible I got two very expensive smart trainers from them and they played a shell game when I tried to get them to let me return them. There are a lot of legitimate online bike part businesses out there do yourself a favor and stay way the heck away from this one or you will have to get your payment provider involved which is not worth it with how many good dealers there are out there.

First time customer at Bike Closet. After searching online high and low, BC was the only retailer that had the exact Sidi MTB shoes I wanted to try out, in my size, and at a great sale price. Size was not available or shoes were completely sold out at all the big sites I usually buy from. The idea of text-only customer service (no phone or email support) was somewhat of a concern, but I did get prompt responses to my questions. (I think this helps keep BC's prices so competitive.) Great selection of bike gear, really great prices, fast shipping and delivery, especially if you live in Northern California. Now my first choice for new gear. AND...we should ALL support our local small businesses!

I purchased cycling shoes from bikecloset. My mailing address is super wonky and the folks at bike closet reached out to confirm the address I provided was correct. I wore the shoes on today's ride. Super happy with the purchase and prices. Quick response from the shipper. No regrets. I'd highly recommend!

Anyone can do a good job when everything goes right. Its when things go wrong that you discover a great supplier. I've made periodic purchases from Bikecloset. Most recently a pair of Pirelli tires and a packing tool. Within a couple of ride one of the Pirelli's delaminated. I send a message with photos to the Bikecloset and got a call back within hours. Here it is a day later and they've shipping me a replacement. Good job Bikecloset!

i have 2 diferent orden fron this guy missing not body fix a problem only talking and talking.custumer service is horrible when you buy a product worth some money star a problem

I attempted to place an order on the website. The checkout page was not working properly; I was unable to alter the quantity of an item in my cart before I hit "pay". My credit card info was entered. however. I decided to stop and not order because of the non-function of the check-out page. So I deleted the page from my lappy.
Within a few days , $4000 of weird orders were placed on my credit card. My card refused the payments suspecting fraud (Citi Mastercard). Orders originated in Long Beach where this company allegedly has a shop.
Buyer beware. I suspect even positive reviews in various places on this site are fake> Prices too good to be true are not real.

Was apprehensive regarding purchasing Sidi mountain bike shoes due to the large discount. Shipping was fast and efficient, Sidi's arrived on time and were brand new and perfect. Original packaging, all brochures and as advertised Sidi's . Very satisfied with the complete experience and delivered product.

I had been looking for Sidi Wire 2 Air cycling shoes for a while, but websites were either out of stock or didn't have them in my size. I came across BikeCloset and they had them; in my size and significantly cheaper. I became suspicious for obvious reasons. I hesitated for several days, then looked up reviews for the company. I was surprised that others had the same concerns, but also had a good experience. Then BikeCloset had a sale on Sidi shoes at 60% off normal MSRP! I pulled the trigger on the Wire 2 Air's for $200 ... and they arrived a week later. No fake, no damage - the actual OEM brand new Sidi's. Well done BikeCloset! I'll be back shopping with you again!

I have made many purchases from this site, including Garmin 830 and Continental Grand Prix 5000 tubeless ready tires. When I am looking for something, they almost always have the best price, and they ship extremely fast. Highly recommend this site.
