Customer service at its best
My order was delayed purely due to industrial action by royal mail. I contacted twice to chase my order. On both occasions I received a polite and helpful response that was both reassuring and accurate. My order has arrived as promised and is beautiful. Great customer service despite the huge challenges faced by small businesses. I would definitely use again.

Ordering process on the website did not work the first time and as a result it looked as if I had submitted two orders. However, only one payment was taken and the order was delivered as expected. So overall satisfied with the service
