I put one star as I couldn't put zero stars. Do not go near this company!!

Will never use this company again, two weeks to get a item, couldnt get through to them on the phone. Highly recommend you shop elsewere.

TERRIBLE!!!! Avoid like the Plauge.. I should have found these reviews first before buying. Bad communication from the start. Big delay in processing and shipping my order and when they finally did they used... FASTWAY couriers.. a quick Google will tell you how bad that company is. So 4 weeks in and I still have not received my "in stock" parts, since had to buy a new washing machine and according to the fine print, will not get a refund on the order as I didn't select shipping insurance. Do not use Big Wharehouse Spares...

This is clearly a scam company and should be investigated, cannot believe they can get away with this scam in Australia. I ordered a Ryobi trimmer starter spring part which cost aud 60.00, order was confirmed after payment, but the part never arrived. I have chased up through their messaging system. No response at all, they don't have a phone number or physical address !. I had read some reviews prior purchasing, which were great reviews, probably all fake reviews. Be warned about this scam

Deserves no stars thayied to get a sale fraudulent company I'm fighting through my bank to get my money back fake reviews except the truthfull bad ones I have reported them to the ombudsman

Be aware of purchasing any spare parts from this company, very tricky
website with no address or phone number, very expensive price and over
2000 "happy customers". They ripped me off and they will do the same with you.

WARNING 1 week after paying for our item we were contacted and told we had to pay another $50.00 P&P, they would not let us cancel the order. 1 month later we still have not received our order. Do not do any business with these thieves.

The part for our freezer was easier to find than on Electrolux's own site and similar price at around $60. I let them choose most cost effective delivery which was a mistake. I had no notification of despatch, no tracking details and it took over 2 weeks with - wait for it - Fastway Couriers. And cost almost $30 for a very light plastic tray plus $8 shipping insurance which I didn't realise I had added. I can get a case of wine shipped from the same area for under $10. They asked for feedback days BEFORE I even received the goods.
Shame as they are probably great guys to work with.

Buying things from this store is on your own risk in term of money, time, energy. I paid $243 to order a piece of ceramic cook top glass for replacement of my damaged one. All the processes took about one month. I end up receiving one of heating elements. When I requested return and refund. Their answer was 'no refund' because the product was ordered from another supplier, and they wouldn't do any thing more to fix this order.
