Never ever buy from them. Overpriced.. no updates.. no service.. no contact number... have to wait months to receive the items..

Do not waste your time with this company, possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I honestly cant recall worse, no responses to repeated emails asking about delivery, I had to call them to find out why it was taking so long for my order to arrive, 2 months and the parts arrived and don’t fit correctly even though they are for the correct model.
Look somewhere else, spend your money with a company that cares.
I wish I had checked the reviews before dealing with them, that’s why I am warning others.

Two months waiting for product to be dispatched. No contact from company to get an update about delivery, very frustrating to receive a poor service where you pay for a product supposed to be in stock but after 60 days the order still appears as Pending Fulfillment.

Appalling customer service. Paid for a part, more than 6 weeks later still not arrived. Answer emails when it suits them. Still waiting for a refund. Complete and utter waste of time. I can’t emphasise enough how bad this company is!

Paid for parts haven't heard from them. This company is hard to reach and they don't reply to my emails.

I ordered a part that their site indicated was 3-5 working days for shipping - a month later, nothing.
I then read all the negative reviews and figured I'd just have to write it off.
Contacted them via email and got an immediate response, and when it was clear they couldn't get the part, I asked for a refund and the money was back in my account 5 working days later, no argument.
The inability to supply the part was disappointing, but no complaints about the response time or the refund once I told them I had an issue.

This a cheater company anymore can tell me how to get money back?
For almost 2 months I can’t get any things I ordered and they keep my money in their account. I need help please to get my money back.

In this time of negative sentiment with the Covid thing (July 20200) I orderd a part on Wednesday, I made a Credit Card error and corrected it on Friday after they let me know.
The Part arrived the following Tuesday, it was belt for a 25 year old clothes dryer, The belt was a bit shorter than the original and made of better material.
I put it in hot water (80 Celcius) and streched it a bit to fit. It works perfectly and looks to be better than the original. Quite happy with it. It is very difficult to get any spares for obsolete appliances, gratefull for their effort and I was quite shocked by the amount of negative commentry here. This is not a fake review, and it relates only to my experiance.

Please be warned that the ACCC already investigated and penalised Bigwarehouse for selling parts and then only source the parts from third party vendors. The wrong parts are often delivered and then no refunds are offered. Please refer to the complete matter on the ACCC's website public-registers undertakings-registers big-warehouse-pty-ltd

Ordered a led lamp and waited about 3 weeks.
Part where not found (not in stock) so they cancel order and refund money

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!...
Ordered part over 3 weeks ago. Even got charged DOUBLE amount to what I bought for it to be delivered by courier... Thinking I'll get it quicker. Plus it was the only option I was given. Have messaged them a number of times to get no response. Will be going to my bank this week to hopefully get my money back.VERY ANNOYED CUSTOMER... Hmm... Can't really complain about the service though... CAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing, ordered parts online and paid 5 weeks ago and still waiting for the parts. Sent numerous emails with no response. Going to report to bank and ACCC, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to wait for ever and maybe never get your part

I have been waiting for more than a month for my part. Money has been taken, according to account it should have been 3-7 working days. I have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS, as you are unable to phone them and they do not even bother to answer. I am very frustrated and i will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Order 396956 Ticket 43900. Required a replacement Main PCB for my Samsung Fridge/Freezer with an ice dispenser. Initial dealings were faultless, the new part arrived within a week and I was kept updated throughout the delivery process. Unfortunately that's where it all ends..... The part supplied is not for a fridge/Freezer with a built in ice dispenser there is a missing relay on the new board that operates the dispenser door flap. Without this the flap remains open causing the freezer temp to raise and ice up. Contacted Big Warehouse and dealt with Byron then Sarra, sent photos to which they acknowledged by email that they could clearly see the issue between the two PCB's and I was supplied the incorrect part for that model. They would contact their supplier and arrange correct part and get back to me ASAP. 2 weeks later, multiple emails and no response. Seems very common approach from Big Warehouse :(

Immediatley 2 charges were made to my credit card for 2 item.
After many emails they wrote back and said it was because I asked for special postage - which I didnt.
Scammers and I wish I read the reviews on this site before purchasing.
Beware of this company.

Ordered parts for washing machine 4 weeks ago. Was told part no longer available AFTER they took my money. 2 more weeks of chasing emails in circle for cancel order and refund. Now 1 month after order, still no parts and no refund.
Reporting this as fraud to bank and ACCC.

I ordered 2 A/C remote controls in 2 separate orders. First remote arrived 3 days later. The 2nd one got held up by Australia Post (long weekend) and arrived a week later. Both working perfectly.
The communication with the company was very good. They offered all their help, contacting Australia Post re: the missing parcel. I dealt with a very helpful staff. I strongly recommend to use this company.

No care, no responsibility, charging extra for nothing. Don't risk it, buy elsewhere.
