I was looking for a over sized bear all over Google. And luckily I found bigplush.com, price is great and came on time as promised. Even a little earlier I believe.

The first time I tried to order the plush labradoodle was December 2014. It was to be delivered Dec. 19th guaranteed. I called on Dec. 20th and was told, "Oh sorry, we should have called you we are all out of the dogs. (NAME) will call you and make it right." (NAME) never called, but my payment was taken. I called again on Dec. 22nd and was told that they would make it right and (NAME) would call me. (NAME) never called. I called a third time after Christmas and was told that (NAME) isn't great with time management, but that he would get back to me. (NAME) has yet to get back to me. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic Service
Tried to send a bear to Canada with another company and they cancelled my order. Big Plush helped me through the whole process. The girl I spoke with on the phone was awesome! My friend is thrilled with the product. Forget the Vermont place. Use Big Plush instead. She carries that giant bear around and snuggles up with it.

"5 foot plush bear"
I got this bear thinking it would be 5 ft tall, it was a great bear but it was not the told dimension. Maybe the skin was measured at 5 ft and the filling made it fatter and shorter. Overall good bear, very lovable.

Did not disappoint completely...
I was happy to see that the Bear was of quality make and material - I was offered a color for the bow and I picked GREEN because it happens to be the person's favorite color. I had it personalized FREE - that was perfect - except for the RED RIBBON. I tried contacting via website but to no avail. I would definitely order from them again but I would confirm VERBALLY next time.

One Big Rose
If you want to make an impact, then Big Plush is the way to do.
I sent the 6 foot Rose to my best friend.
It was the "talk" of the office when the BIG BOX with the BIG ROSE arrived.

Great product, timing is extremely unacceptable
It's a great item and good options for customizing any giant bear, even though it's a little expensive, perhaps just a little overpriced. What kills me is the timing, horrible timing, it took a whole week and two days to get to my destination, this has to change, would it kill you to lose 10-20 dollars on better shipping 3-5 days?. Also add additional shipping options, maybe 10-15 dollars extra not $50 or $80 dollars, that's ridiculous. You will gain a lot more business and more customers would be happy and satisfied with your products.

Just to clarify, this was a shipment going outside of the USA to Canada, and you ordered on Feb 15th, and chose Priority Mail International with a written estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks. Because we shipped 6 days after you placed your order (on Feb 22nd) we automatically upgraded your shipping method from "International Priority" to International EXPRESS shipping - which costs us much more because it is quicker - but we did not charge you any more. Express International shipping has an estimated delivery time that is 1 week quicker than Priority International - so you are on track to receive your order exactly within the original estimated delivery time range of 2 to 3 weeks you were originally given when you placed your order.
We emailed you your International Express Mail Tracking # when we shipped on Feb 23rd; and when we track it at usps.com using your tracking # EC567774567US it shows that your parcel is moving smoothly as it should, and is on track so far for normal delivery at this time. Great Customer Service—buy with confidence
The quality of the item was good, however the fur they had used was different than the one in the picture (the one that i wanted and expected). I phoned customer service and the owner offered me a full refund. Very nice man and no hassle on my end at all.

Big bear with recorded voice
I bought with wife the big bear with my voice recorded over the phone for valentines day. I am a truck driver therefor my wife and I talk a great deal on the phone. She didn't recognize my voice. I realize that it would be a little off due to doing it over the phone but she still shou have been able to recognize my voice.

Regarding the add-your-voice feature you had selected: sometimes we receive audio files that, for some reason or another are not good enough quality to be able to hear clearly and loudly when we transfer the audio into the sound device inside the stuffed animal. It could be many things that cause this, including bad phone connection, speaking too quietly or too loudly, and many other possible causes that might be our fault - or the fault of outside circumstances during the time the audio was being recorded. Regardless of the cause, when we encounter these kind of problem audio files, we do what is necessary to enhance the sound quality as much as possible, so that it is both loud as possible, and clear as possible.
We are sorry if this caused your voice to become somewhat unrecognizable, and we are reviewing your case to see what modifications to the original audio file actually were made, so that we can really see how we might improve this process in the future. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do, either now - or if you ever shop with us again. Thank you very much for your business.
