not very nice
I was disappointment with my order. The bear I ordered had a very rough texture and the fur kept falling out. I know that with most bears that happens, but in my case it was excessive.

It was nice speaking by phone back in April. As we discussed, we re-shipped you a brand new replacement free of charge on April 15th with U.S. Postal Express Mail tracking number 9470115901484987058374, so that it would arrive by your needed date. We tracked it today at usps.com and it shows that the package was delivered to you on April 17th. Since we did not hear further from you, we are assuming the replacement was satisfactory. I had a great experience putting together a custom order for charity event I am organizing called the bunny ball. We order 5 different large bunnies and received excellent service from the Big Plush team. The items were shipped that same day and were at our doorstep in no time!

Dissatisfied.
For a $500 bear I expect it to be in perfect condition. The eyes were off a bit and it just threw the whole dynamic look of the bear. If I could return it I would, but it was a gift so it would be difficult to do so. This is why I have trouble trusting online purchases.
