Service is very poor

Service is very poor, delivery guy doesn't know how to talk with a customer. Today at 6:44 am he called me for my address and I didn't know the name of the building because I'm new here, i have selected the location by using map and he was shouting at me by saying how can you select location without knowing the place name and i told him I selected it by using map. I didn't understand what was the problem with him because before him the person who delivered was too good he knew the location as per map and that time there was no problem but today he ruined his own mood and also mine ,even when I said him to come to the sastri nagar and i told him to come as per the map he said my map wasn't showing any proper location. But how did the first guy found out the location...this is my question, how ?

totally worst than worst app....weste…

totally worst than worst app....weste of customer time....they are not having any proper help center....if we mention our queries now....they will rply after 2 to 3 hours..sometimes...they will not respond also properly.... don't use this app... totally weste of money and time....worst customer support services...I order one pack of dry fruits and it's delivered with open pack and someone eat all things inside only 3 to 4 nuts are there and it's 100 gram pack they are shown...and they collect that product and promised for refund in same account and it's now more than 16 days ..if we contact customer support of big basket they will never respond properly ..they informed me within 5 to 9 days refund will be reflected in your same account but it's not at all refunded and they will simply saying that..we will assist you for further..if we mention one concern in chat they will respond after an hour like that and once I shared my bank statement for prof also...they just closed chat...if they are genuine means ..why should they did it ...totally worst app..don't use it anyone....😡

I recently placed an order from big…

I recently placed an order from big basket which they failed to deliver on time and when we called and enquired they were unable to connect with the employees and their communication between is very poor. They not only failed to deliver but couldnt even show the out of stock product on their app which we got to know when we asked. It was such a disappointing experience and as cherry on top they couldnt reschedule the order as one of the product was out of stock. They asked us to cancel the order and we will get a refund, understandable, then another employee calls late at night asking about rescheduling and he had no context about the cancellation. All this happened and they claimed to give a refund within 48hrs which also didnt happen after 60+ hours, STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE REFUND. This was such a awful experience and there lack of communication and professionalism is very clear in such behaviour. All together very very disappointing experience

Warning about falling for the promotion Buy one get one free

I want to warn customers that the promotion Buy one get one free is not honest. I ordered chicken on this promotion and was hoping to get the free chicken also. But only the regular price of chicken was packed for me because, as they explained, they ran out of it . When I added it to the basket, and paid for it immediately it was still on offer, but that explanation didn't work. Never again will I fall for it.

Third grade fresho fruits and vegetables .. avoid

Specially there fruits and vegetables from fresho are third grade ... Corns are all dried up and what will you ask for refund for 39 rupees cobs? Oranges or other fruits are all raw un-eatable immediately ... better I go to real market check and buy good stuff .. if they cannot give fresh and good quality fruits and vegetables ever why do they even keep these product for selling ... see the fun they know these product are bad and they block the ratings ... I cant rate product on their website .. they only keep rating open for packed groceries or other items like soaps or toothpastes etc which obviously are good ... but friends never buy fruits or vegetables or other unbranded products / items from them

Refund not received

I have been following up for a pending refund for last 2 months... and after sharing my bank statement which is clear proof that refund does not reflect instead of providing me resolution by grievance team they just make me run in loop of getting some letter from bank when bank has clearly mentioned that refund is not processed. Very very bad customer service.

poor service

I ordered cocoa powder, but the delivery agent said he mistook it for chocolate syrup and took it back. It would have been better if I had gone to the shop and bought it myself—I would have received the right product much earlier. Also, the milk I ordered is going to expire tomorrow. Such poor service and a complete waste of time! I’m never going to order from BigBasket again. They offered a discount but delivered products that are close to expiring.

Scam!!!

I’ve used zepto, instamart, blink it, they are all far far better than this shit site. They scam us saying everything will be delivered in 11 minutes, but after ordering they take forever to deliver. I had bad experience with them multiple times. Once my order was not delivered even after payment and the customer service team was really bad and no help!!!. Run away from this crap. I would have given a negative star if there was an option.

Fraud Company

They are too slow & the services from them are the worstest, zepto & blinkit are far better then this scammed big basket. They just know how to take money from guest & send the used makeup product & when we return the same they arrange the the pickup schedule time & did not come & if we try to call the customer care they are hell rather to solve the problem only they ask to arrange a call back which never come........Frauders, thief & shit experinece....Need to train your team, need to improve your services or product.....Before opening the the bastard app you should need to do homework a lot.

A trick if return is not picked up

So far it had been a good experience after choosing to shop with them (recently) till I wanted a return pickup. Though I selected a next day's time-slot, the app forced a time slot for the current day which was from 7 PM to 10 PM. Despite waiting for the person the pickup was not done. The next day I rescheduled the pickup for the 12 to 3 PM slot and it was not picked up either. I then called the customer number 1860 123 1000 (calls to this number have to be paid) and told them to stop scheduling any future pickups and instead give me a refund (billed price minus the MRP) as the product was priced way higher than the MRP. I was told to send a picture of the label of the product indicating the price and after which I was promptly paid the refund. Do not indulge in chat as AI agents do the conversations with you. Ask for a real person and one will be provided but chat is just a waste of time despite all guarantees for the pickup.

Pathetic Customer service

1. Expired items delivered
2. Return delivery person took the items and did not make an entry
3. had to call big basket on chargeable call, kept waiting for 10 minutes
4. Had to follow up for my refund for last 3 days
5. Ticket number provided post 2 call to chargeable number 18601231000
6. very pathetic customer support service & fraud delivery team.
7. with this type of Service Big basket will not progress much, I have already decided to delete the app and never order form Big Basket
8. better services available form other online delivery service providers with better customer support

I had ordered some groceries from…

I had ordered some groceries from bigbasket Bhubaneswar on 10th of August. The delivery boy said some silly cause and did not deliver my things . I had spent Rs 347/. Threee working days have gone but I have not got back my money. I never expected this from bigbasket a Tata group of company. Your app also is not user friendly. Instamart and Blinkit are far far better than you.
