This is the second time we have used the Bi-Fold shop on a project, the doors and windows are amazing quality, price and the service is faultless. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Last year someone sadly tried to break into our house through the bi-fold door but fortunately they didn't get in as the door is such good quality.

Bi-foldshop provides an excellent after installation support. I had my windows installed two years ago. I noticed recently that a screw cover of the window handle is missing. I went to the shop and they provided me two spare covers. It is a good company you can trust their 10 year guarantee service.

Good afternoon Helen,
I appreciate our conversation yesterday, and I want to express our genuine concern regarding the issues you've raised. I understand the inconvenience you've faced and the impact on your ongoing renovations. We are genuinely sorry for any disruption this may cause, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution. In the meantime, if there are any interim measures we can explore or if you have additional concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We value your business and the trust you've placed in us. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve our products and services.

The go to firm for any glazing needs.
From the very first phone call for a quotation to the very end of installation, Bifoldshop have oozed professionalism and A* quality.
I couldn't be happier with the bifolding door and window for my extension, delivered exactly what was discussed and on the date agreed.
I will be giving Scott a call again for further windows for the rest of the house and would hope that Emil and Kris turn up to install again. Sterling job by the fitters, very effecient and attention to detail was phenomenal.

Bifold were our saviours
Bifold were our saviours after our building contractor’s usual supplier let us down on a firm delivery and install date. Two sets of large bifold doors were installed on the target date (only 4 weeks leadtime with non-standard colours AND integral blinds!), by fitters that couldn’t be faulted. Cost was higher than the original supplier but we’re now very pleased to have such a higher quality product fitted.

Good morning Ally,
Thank you so much for your really detailed review. We are so pleased we managed to come in and help you (last minute) to keep things running as timely as possible for your project.
Thank you for mentioning the installations team as well as the product quality, these are some of the key things we really pride ourselves on, so thank you for noticing.
We all really appreciate your review.
Outstanding!!
I cannot recommend Bifold highly enough!
The whole process from initial enquiry through home survey, purchase and the recent fitting of three sets of doors and three windows was highly professional, detailed and seamless.
The fitters who came and installed our doors and windows were OUTSTANDING! Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, clean and tidy, knowledgeable and simply got on with the job using their own initiative and experience to overcome issues along the way.

Hi there Roger,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this 4* review.
Let me follow up on the key situation, there are certainly usually more than one key provided.
We have never provided a user manual for the doors, the installers usually try to explain this before they leave, so if this didn't happen we apologise.
Please do let us know if you would like a call, so we can talk this through with you.
Thanks again for the review, we all really appreciate it.
Tina.

Hi there Laura,
Thank you so much for your lovely 5* review. This is a really appreciated review, as it is not just a review about the 'selling of a product' but rather the aftercare service which is something we have always tried to maintain to a high level.
I will make sure to pass your feedback onto Matt (remedials engineer) and Anna (in the office) as due to the very nature of their jobs, they don't often get a mention, so they will be thrilled by this.
Thank you again.

Order number 22008 - TT
Excellent customer service in the shop and good communication from survey to ordering to completion. Workman had to overcome a measurement issue making the job longer and extra work for them but all completed in the day. Dropped one star off because as tidying up was being finished I noticed several stains on interior carpet. The fitter apologised and stated that it was only dust and would hoover up. However when we tried hoovering it did no good. These were proper stains from something and took a good scrubbing with a carpet cleaner to remove. We are planning to redecorate in the new year so carpet is going to be renewed at some time anyway so not a major issue, but should we not be renewing it I would have had to lodge a formal complaint.

Hi there Richard,
Thank you kindly for your really detailed 4* review, we do really appreciate it. By our very high standards we are disappointed not to have a perfect 5*, but in fact this is a really important point you've raised and one that will be discussed in-house, as our installers are usually so thorough and get so many brilliant reviews on the whole. We are really sorry to hear about the carpet.
We are really pleased the experience in general was a good one though, so thank you for taking the time to leave such a full review.
Highly recommended.
Highly recommended.
Being able to visit the showroom, see the product and talk to the staff was really useful.
Communication was consistently great - from specification, measuring, payment and arranging installation - even when I had unusual requirements and a very specific end product in mind.
Fitting was quick, installers were polite, tidy, information and punctual.
I will not even look elsewhere if i ever needed to buy again.

Highly recommended!!
Brilliant customer service from Darren on the phone and by email who helped from day one with getting a quote sent over quickly and helped seal a deal for us.
Surveyor was very friendly and efficient.
All 3 payments made by myself were quickly followed with a receipt which was very reassuring, considering I had not used this company before and was found on social media.
On the day of installation the fitters were fantastic. Very friendly, any mess made was cleared and area was checked for rubbish before they left.
They asked about the finish of our annexe, ensuring they left enough space which showed care and appreciation to our building.
Before they left, they showed me exactly how the door and window opens and shuts and what to expect, and what not to expect, including talking about our guarantee. Great care was taken at this stage, even though they could see I already had an Origin bifold door and window and knew how they worked.
I could see they took pride in their work and Origin products.
I would highly recommend this company, product/brand Origin and fitters to anyone, and if we need to use a window company again, will definitely use this one.
(I unfortunately didn’t catch the fitters names but please pass my thanks onto them, it is very rare to find such hard working and perfection to detail works)
