Unorganised, not proactive or helpful, and unfortunately for me the worst service I have experienced so far.

This was my first time I deal with Betterhomes and my experience with them was super professional and very positive one thanks to Trisha’s very professional attitude, customer oriented approach and extra mile efforts. She’s the most expert I’ve ever met in real estate. She answers my questions relating to the lease very quickly. She deals with what I ask very professionally and clearly. On the first day I took a look at the house with her and the second time I contracted with her help. All steps of our contract were so easy and there was no any interruption.
