I bought regular licenses for Europe maps (Order ID: ) 194409126
but after changing my car radio, the support has been completely ghosting me since June. I provided the new long Device ID (LEBXXRV8E1-UJMI9-NMNBP8LI-8RSKLC18CI) through their official re-registration forms, but they refuse to update my activation file. I even had to buy a new Italy license out of desperation, and they still blocked everything. This company takes your money and leaves you stranded with a broken system. Avoid Navitel at all costs, their customer care is non-existent!

Very disappointed – no proper updates or customer support

Navitel is unable to properly maintain or update its own devices. I tried to update the maps on my T700 3G navigator. The website shows that updates are available, but after installation the maps simply do not work.

Customer support was extremely frustrating to deal with. Instead of helping, they treated me as if I didn’t understand basic instructions. In the end, they just ignored my arguments and stopped responding altogether.

The ability to update maps is essential for any navigation device, yet in my case this functionality is effectively unavailable.

I do not recommend purchasing Navitel products. If you expect reliable updates and proper support, you may be very disappointed.

Device: Navitel T700 3G

I bought a RC2 Navitel dash cam system and need support. I can not get any response from Navitel. Their contact details are limited and the email address on their main website does not get any response. Poor after sales support from what I thought was a good brand. Don't buy their products if good support is needed because you won't get it. The product literature is poor as is the performance of the device. I would advise anybody to not buy this brand. Look elsewhere if you want quality.
I am hoping someone in their company reads this and gets back to me with some help with regard to my query emailed on 10/8/25 about the RC2 parking mode not working well.
