I had a really positive experience with Saira/Sara 😊. She was very helpful, professional, patient, and made the whole process easy and comfortable.

As English is not my first language, I had a little confusion and some doubts during the process, but she was very understanding and supportive throughout. I really enjoyed speaking with her, and I was very impressed with her service and professionalism.

Excellent service from BG Insurance and particularly Adam, who dealt with my driving school insurance today.

The initial premium came back considerably higher than I’d expected, so Adam listened to my concerns, went back to the insurer and managed to secure a significantly better price while retaining the cover I needed.

Friendly, helpful, efficient and very easy to deal with throughout. No nonsense, no hard sell, just really good customer service from someone who clearly knows his job.

Tip-top work from Adam. Very much appreciated and happily recommended.

Spent about half hour on the phone to Sarah who very patiently and thoroughly explained clearly all aspects of the policy. The policy itself is very comprehensive covering all aspects required and best of all at a considerable saving to my current provider.

Sarah called me back promptly, was very friendly and helpful and got me a deal I’m very happy with and it didn’t take too long 👍
