Billy was brilliant throughout. Advised on shoe type and gave a few ideas on the design to help make them pop a bit more. These are a birthday gift for my daughter and they are going to blow her socks off 😄. Can't thank Billy enough... I'll definitely be back for something else in the future.

Billy is as so easy to work with. He was very responsive and professional. I was a little worried that my order wouldn’t arrive on time for Christmas ( I’m in the US), but as promised, it arrived in time. When I received the shoes they were beautifully designed. I will definitely order again.

Sweet! The Stone Island Adidas i ordered for my son look awesome. Friendly seller who keeps you informed about the next steps by text and who kept to all the announced dates. You will need a little patience because the shoes have to be customized first (2 1/2 months in our case). Don’t loose your cools.

Update 01/09/2026: unfortunately part of the design (compass rose) came off on one shoe and is already peeling off from the second one. Right after the first time wearing them. Pitty 😞 (so my rating went from 5 to 2Stars).

Excellent communication trainers are worth every penny. First time ordering, but it won't be the last. I would definitely recommend BG Customs.

I was so excited when I saw these custom shoes. I am in the US and also a little worried about receiving the package.
