If I could give no stars I would . I am still to receive a refund on a pair of shoes I returned some months ago. I made the return because the shoes were NOt as described in the advert and they sent the wrong size ! Even though they acknowledged receipt of the return which I had to pay for they have NOT sent me a refund ! They have been ignoring all emails sent asking for my refund ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY . THEY HAVE IN EFFECT STOLEN MY MONEY!

This company mislead customers regarding their returns policy. They do not send a returns label as promised on their website. When you contact them, they tell you that they have “recently updated our return process for environmental reasons and no longer provide return shipping labels.

However, please don't worry—we will refund the return postage once we receive your returned item”

They only refund your item, not the postage. When you contact them they ignore your emails.

Delivery is slow and the products are poor quality. Save your money and shop with a reputable company. I would definitely not recommend them and have reported them to trading standards for misleading customers regarding their returns policy.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before shopping with them. Never again!

** Update. The company are saying that they have provided a full refund - which is exactly what they told another customer who left a bad review on Trustpilot. They did refund the sandals, but not the postage as they promised they would

AVOID AVOID AVOID …Do not bother ordering from this company … ordered some slip on sandals uk size 6 and they didn’t fit … I’m standard 6 in ALL shoes and these were definitely NOT a 6… I asked for a return shipping label as per their t&cs and was told they no longer issue these due to “environmental issues” whatever that means. But they assured me in email that the postage would be fully refunded on receiving the return item… it was not and I’m still battling to get a response regarding the postage costs….AVOID AVOID AVOID
