Absolutely dreadful experience. The order took an unreasonably long time to dispatch, and when it finally arrived, they had sent the wrong (and cheaper) charger. I was charged for delivery despite the issues, and to make matters worse, the item I originally ordered wasn’t even in stock. Customer service was extremely unhelpful throughout. I’ve since reported the matter to the Financial Ombudsman.

After purchasing the speedbox 3.4 chip for my yamaha wabash I received the usual conformation email, and then nothing. After a few days I contacted Beyond PEV by the email link, regarding the estimated delivery. No response. I then called the helpline, several times, and was met with the response that 'I am working remotely, I'll contact my team and get STRAIGHT back to you". Needless to say my call/email was not responded to. After 10 days or so I received the email saying that my product was on its way. A little customer care with what was happening with my order would have been appreciated. Else wise the customer can get anxious on what is happening with their order. Not replying to phone calls after saying that you would is pretty poor in my book, even if it is to report that there is nothing to report!

Good but poor comunication.
I asked some questions and did not get any reply from their support team. Took them a week to start the shipping process. I also did not receive any invoice for my purchase which made it more difficult to prepare necessary documents for customs clearance. Other than that, everything was fine.

I preordered a Wolfking GTR from Beyond PEV When no one had UK stock on the 22/07/2024 and expected to wait a while to get it but even though others had received their uk stock I got excuses about Customs clearance from the CEO ( The only phone call I ever received)
I received no reply to email, phone, Instagram after that so reported it to Klarna who financed the purchase and canceled the order and am being refunded
These are the worst company for customer service and should be Avoided.

Okay listen to this..
Not only do they say that they have UP to 2 days response time, but I way from Tuesday to Monday to get a reply from them.. It was a warranty claim, and they were barely responsive over chat. (it's here and there, during the day, whenever they feel like it..) And I tried calling 20 times, they never pick up, not even once.
I purchase the apollo city 2023 scooter from them on
11. sep. 2023, and not only did they forget to send me the REAL charging cable for my country, they suggested that I just go buy one for extra money in my own country instead.. that's first bad experience with them.
The really bad one is this:
I have had the scooter for LESS THAN A YEAR, and what broke on it? eletrical wiring/controller, which made it so that the sound on it, doesn't work anymore. The valve on the back wheel, so that the tire can't hold any air. and it has begun to squeak like crazy on the front tire and a little on the suspension, and I take so good care of it, it's in my living room whenever not in use.
When I tell this company about it in a warranty claim, after 1 week they reply, sorry, it's not covered, it seems like wear and tear.. Okay, so your high quality scooters are supposed to break in less than 1 year, and also you don't even cover at the very least, eletrical wiring/controller issues, that is specificly says on your website? REALLY? Just trust me, this will end up costing you more than a new car in the long run, buy a bike or a car instead, this company is 100% one of the worst companies I have shopped at, and I've shopped with Postnord and Yousee in Denmark..
This one takes the cake. I'm talking TERRIBLE customer service, and a complete scam warranty on products that breaks really quickly. I payed 15000 DKK for this scooter. Am I the idiot? Appearently so..
