A disgusting case of the company take your money and promise you goods but then there is radio silence!

Order confirmed on 22 October. As at 3 November no further update despite asking in 3 emails. I have therefore now requested a refund and if I don’t hear that this is being processed in the next 2 days I will contact my bank for a refund via chargeback.

Don’t be fooled by the advertising. I suspect positive reviews are fake.

Absolutely love these beverage bombs! They are such a fun and unique way to enjoy a delicious drink. The flavours are amazing, they dissolve beautifully, and they make every drink feel like a little treat. The quality is fantastic, and you can really tell how much care goes into making them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something a little different. I’ll definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend! ❤️

I really liked the idea of these as don't always have all the ingredients to make a cocktail. Very easy to use, make it alcoholic or not depending on your base. Takes a few minutes to dissolve completely but once its done a very refreshing drink.

If I could give a minus review I would.
Presently seeking a chargeback through my bank as Beverage Bombs have not responded to emails.
Ordered 20/10, as a gift. Still not prepared let alone delivered.
Dont waste your money or your time.

Don't bother! I ordered these 2 weeks ago for a birthday gift and still waiting. The communication is really poor. After numerous emails and messages I was eventually told my order has been despatched a week ago but Royal Mail still hasn't received them so I'm no further forward. I'm now going to have to go out and buy another present. Not happy.

We absolutely loved these! Everything from the ordering to drinking them was seamless. We had friends round who all tried these and the vote was unanimous, they taste great! Can’t fault the customer service, postage was really fast and they were incredibly well packaged. We will definitely be buying more (and some for Christmas presents too!) and highly recommended them for something that little bit different.

I love the flavour of these cocktail bombs. I had a problem with packaging on delivery but spoke to Harrison and he was excellent 👌.
Would definitely buy them again.

My order arrived quick and the Pornstar Martini tasted great.

Shocking service. I ordered £32 worth, over two weeks ago. No tracking and no sign of the product having been sent.Shop is still showing as order placed, but no update.I emailed explaining that it was a birthday present, needed for 10th August, and if they couldn’t supply them to refund so I could purchase something else. My email was ignored. I am disgusted with the delay and the lack of communication. Avoid this seller!

Great taste , enjoyed this product.
I ordred these for a birthday party so paid extra for express delivery and emailed to let them know I needed them asap, they arrived the next day!.
Will defintiely buy again.

We purchased these and they came with a trial bomb which we tried, absolutely disgusting. As we had not opened the main product we requested a return, took them over a week to respond but eventually got the return details and duely returned.

3 weeks later still no refund

Absolute joke 7 days after paying still not even shipped told them I wanted a refund I got zero communication, the next day I get a PayPal notification saying a refund would be with me in 3 days. So zero customer service!! Zero communication!! and obviously got a strop on when they were asked for a refund, I’m not interested if you have lots of orders I own a business and a website and I put the effort in to make sure every order goes out no matter how long I have to stay back to make sure my customers get what they paid for. Unless of course you are taking money for stock you do not have?

Over the moon these have arrived. Paid express delivery and they certainly came in time. Exceptional communication from this company. Can't wait to try the other flavours in the future. Would definitely recommend. X

They took a week to arrive. Tried them straight away but in lemonade and it was really nice. They would be great at a party to make people included that don't drink alcohol but have a mocktail.

I absolutely LOVE these cocktail bombs. Honestly such a fun, easy & tasty cocktail to have at home! I’ve tried all three flavours & love each one!

Order 4518 , didnt receive initial delivery on RM promised day , after emailing and reviewing an out of hours reply, they were able to offer reassurance and replacement in good time. Unfortunately , it was a full Royal Mail problem. Well packaged , very cute wrapping and amazing customer service.

I plan to update once Ive tried my new drink.

Value for money, 5 stars ( imagine the cost of a cocktail at £11 /15 , and you get multiple for that and a choice of flavours.

PRN STAR martini tried . My favourite. Its close to the flavour . I foumd it easier to mix in a jug - as it took a couple min to dissolve in a martini glass . 2nd attempt a jug used and a good mix worked so much better and faster . Certainly recommend tho x

My husband bought these for us and we eagerly placed them into sparkling water in anticipation of a lovely cocktail. However, they fizzed and foamed and ended up looking like berroca and tasing like medicine. I would not recommend at all.
