Pay out after 48 hours as stated

I've been using this site for nearly 2 years which I've enjoyed. I have made a withdrawal since the new website and is been over 72 hours with no confirmation that it's been processed. I've messaged both yesterday and today with the same standardised answer. They aim to process within 48 hours which has always happened in the past. I doubt I will be using this site again.

So like an absolute mad man I gave betti1 yet another chance and after depositing a small fortune, again I won sod all lol my own fault I know but I would seriously avoid this scam casino and stick with uk licence casinos, at least you get abit of RTP with them

Betti1 completely trustworthy

Hi gamers, i was skeptical at first with this not being a uk licensed casino amd reading reviews after playing on the site only added to my worries. However upon completing my account verification, which involves sending 3 documents via email takes less than a day to verify, my withdrawal of €1000 took under 2 days to arrive in my bank account including waiting for it to be processed by them. New Site Feedback

As a regular player on this site I just wanted to give some feedback on the new site as it's imposisble to be sure that this gets back to the correct people so maybe they read this. Here are some things that need fixing ASAP.
1. Comunication is key for trust, email and text your loyal customers to let them know what is planned for the site. Treat us with respect it's un nerving spending large amounts of money with a company that is not comunicating or keeping you informed.
2.Notification via email that a withdrawal has been processed. (Not working on new site)
3. At all costs get the better providers back BTG, Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic other than Hacksaw there is nothing to play.
4. On the old site you used to get a small conversion fee with some providers when depositing now 8% is being added on the site when you deposit!!
5. Withdrawals need to be quicker on the old site once it was processed which can take up to 3 days it hit the bank account within a few hours. Currently I am still waiting for a €2000 from nearly a week ago!

Please keep this site as good as it was with better comunication and your loyal players will keep playing here.

13 days i first withdrew

13 days i first withdrew, they cancel the withdrawal 3 separate times. The first time I used my TSB card instead of my usual one so they cancelled it because of that, I then had to wait 6 days for a site upgrade which is just shitter than it was before, for them to say they have cancelled it again. I then withdraw to my Monzo for them to cancel it again 2 days later and tell me I need to withdraw to TSB. So the first time wasn't fine for me to withdraw to TSB, then the third time they email me telling me I have to withdraw to TSB? That logically makes zero sense. A couple of years I was with betti and they used to be good, but they truly are awful now. In the end I just cancelled my withdrawal myself and accepted they'll just keep bullshitting and bullshitting me. Will never deposit on there again and will be deleting my account when I can be bothered to email them again. Keep the money you greedy dickheads.

Here’s what happened:
Withdrawals that haven’t yet been processed don’t actually leave your account; they remain as part of your available balance until approved. This technical nuance caused an unexpected challenge. After the migration, if we had manually processed your original withdrawal request, it would have resulted in the funds either not being deducted or being deducted twice from a player's balance.
Our development and payments teams worked around the clock for over 24 hours trying to solve this without impacting players. Unfortunately, all possible solutions led to discrepancies and risked errors in players' account balances. In the end, we had no choice but to void all pending withdrawals to protect the integrity of everyone’s funds and ask players to kindly submit a new withdrawal request (this is also the main reason why your initial withdrawal req was declined the first time).

In addition, as you know, account verification is a standard Procedure on our website and simply because you used a new payment method we had to verify it, and later on process your withdrawal to the account that was used for depositing (as you state yourself you changed the depositing method from Monzo to TSB) so in reality when it comes to our Processes and T&C they remained the same as they were in the past, nothing changed there so it doesn't seem fair to label us as "awful" now

Okay so I previously left a 1star…

Okay so I previously left a 1star review as the website was down for 5 days and I was unable to access my account the same as other customers had trouble with but since the website is back up and running I’ve decided to change my 1star review to a 5star as I’m happy it’s back up and the new layout is good and the live chat option is working again! Shut website without warning.

Shut website without warning.

Funds have been locked up for over 5 days, with no prior warning, stating initially that the website would be back live on Friday. It’s Sunday, with no representatives knowing any timeline of when the website due to “technical issues” . Given AI automated replies, with funds locked up for 120 hours with the company stopping any transactions during this time. Unable to access account or money with funds being held as ransom is totally unacceptable & unprofessional.

At this rate I won’t be trusting betti1 in future as they can pull this stunt at anytime without warning. Concerning for anyone that has big money locked in account.

The slots are not random

I would just like to say that what I am about to say isn't just about betti1 overall betti1 is quite a good site with good bonuses. But on some of the games you can pay extra money per spin to make the bonus feature come in twice as quick .and on the new game 5 lions 2 if you are playing 1 pound a spin you can pay an extra 1.50p to make the bonus come in Severn times quicker. Now what I don't understand is if the slot are ment to be 100% random how can by paying extra money make it come in quicker .it is obviously not random.
