Used to be an ok casino with a great loyalty shop. Gone down hill since removal of this and when asked about they will just say it’s coming blah blah blah. Finally, they send texts out to everyone with them saying you have 10 free spins to whatever slot and then when you login in and check they are nowhere to be found. Overall the casino has gone downhill and tight with customer loyalty. Money grabbers. Go elsewhere like me.

Overall Betti isnt too bad

Overall Betti isnt too bad, good selection of the top games and providers.
Where it falls down is the Withdrawal process. Painfully slow and limited to £2000 at a time.
The option to lock withdrawals is not here, so has cost me thousands in reversed withdrawals on the odd occasion that i have a nice win.
My fault entirely but not helped by the addiction to gambling and the extremely long wait in processing times.
Should be pretty instant in the days of instant transfers... like it is when you deposit!

RTP is absolutely dreadful. Especially on pragmatic and hacksaw games. That excitement you feel when hitting a bonus is none existent because you already know that it is only going to be a very small win, absolutely no fun playing on this site and I've closed my account.

Withdrawal Issues :(

**Update - It is now 5 days since I processed with my withdrawal. On the 10th, they actually cancelled my withdrawal whilst asking for proof of cards. I sent the proof across immediately but the withdrawal was still cancelled, so the “clock” restarted. It’s now 2 days since I sent those documents and the verifications team still haven’t verified anything, and my payment has not been sent. The customer service team are lovely but claim they can’t give any updates or time frames without the verification team. They’ve also said there’s no way for me to contact the verifications team directly. It’s getting to the point this is causing me so much stress that it’s affecting my health. Everything seems to be in the hands of the verifications team, and it feels customer service have no power to expedite their processes / ask them to speed up. It’s been 5 days, when all over their website they say everything will be processed within 48 hours. I’m at a complete loss.

Sadly l too am starting to have issues with my withdrawals that it seems others have faced. I've used this site, and have been verified, for months.

I recently had a big win, and requested the withdrawal and I'm having issues. I was told on numerous occasions that the withdrawal will stay pending for 24-48 hours, but usually it's much less time than 48 hours. This is already quite a lengthy amount of time compared to other casinos but l accepted it and thought surely it'll be sent sooner as I'm already verified. As soon as I won, l also uploaded an extra proof of bank / payment to show my deposits leaving my account to get ahead of everything, as I thought they might ask. This was quickly accepted.

At this stage, over 72 hours have passed and my withdrawal is still pending. After speaking to the Betti team, they have said it'll take longer because it's a large amount and multiple requests. Regardless, the maximum withdrawal per day is €2000 so they should be able to process this in line with their withdrawal times of 24-48 hours as they display. Nowhere does it say it'll take longer if you have a big win.

l've since emailed again and they have reassured me that they’re not scammers, and that they’ve escalated the matter to the payments team but they can’t give a time frame. Truly, I don’t know what the “matter” is, or what the issue is that’s causing this delay? My account is fully verified, I didn’t use any sort of bonuses so there aren’t any wagering issues. I deposited using my bank card via Apple Pay (and also via bank transfer previously), the account I am withdrawing to is also the one I used. There are no true reasons for this delay.

I am none the wiser as to why there’s a delay. Whilst their team is so friendly, it still is incredibly anxiety inducing when they are holding so much of my money that I won. I am given no real update other than it’s taking a bit longer and it is being looked into - but I don’t know *why* it’s taken longer and I don’t know when I can expect my money. We’re now heading into a weekend.

Day to day, this is a great site to play. The games are good, deposits quick, customer service friendly. Sadly, when it comes to withdrawals it seems to be a whole different story. I'd happily update my review / delete once the money arrives with me, but at the moment I am a serious amount of money down, with what seems like no hope of getting my winnings any time soon, if at all.

If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. They have no problem with you depositing thousands at a time by any means you like but the minute you try to withdraw they start there verification process… they send you round the houses and try to bamboozal you. They prey on our addictive nature by stalling withdrawals completely unnecessarily hoping that by buying themself time we will give in and cancel the withdrawal and gamble it. Which of course I did. If you want to gamble my advice would be use any site other than this. Rude unhelpful staff. Scam casino. Terrible. In fact the worst I’ve ever used.
