I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about my recent experience with BetOnline. I received a message from someone claiming to be from their Financial Services department, asking me to record a video outside my home showing my street number and address, while holding my ID and documents.
This is not a standard or legal verification method for any licensed financial or gaming company. It’s a serious invasion of privacy and raises strong suspicions of scam activity.
I refused to comply and instead sent a short video showing only my face. If this request truly came from BetOnline, it’s completely unacceptable. If scammers are impersonating BetOnline, then the company must act immediately to warn customers and publicly clarify their official verification procedures.
Until this issue is resolved, I consider BetOnline unsafe and untrustworthy. I intend to file a formal complaint with state regulators and request that their operating license be reviewed if this matter is not properly addressed.

I'll keep it short and sweet. Played single deck blackjack on there. The program managed to get blackjack nine out of thirteen hands. First of all we only went through slightly more than a deck of cards. Last time I checked there were only four aces in a deck and I'm playing single deck mind you. Statistically, the chances of getting blackjack 9 out of 13 hands is just slightly less than one in a trillion. I play almost every night as a paraplegic who cannot sleep I need something to do. I’ve literal played at most all the off shore online casinos. I stood my ground, proved I played a lot more than I needed. Then had to get the “new” BTC address idk what you wanna call it. I guess removed from some list I was able to get my $1,600. They put up so much of a fright over $100 that I want the person that reads this go look at the differential between deposits and withdrawals and then ask yourselves did we make a mistake? That was the last time I will be depositing on this site.

This is one of the best offshore books if you want safety and reliability. I have been using them for over 3 years with no problems. They have a reputation to protect and will treat you fairly with quick and easy deposits and withdrawals. They never seem to cancel bets like other companies do (one other reviewer said they did, but if they have cancelled any of mine it was so far back I can't remember).

They do have quite a number of benefits including deposit promotions, free casino spins, crypto sale specials, and their VIP program with level-ups and cash back. As a winning bettor I did get excluded from deposit promotions and did face limits to my bets, although not nearly as severe companies like DraftKings, ESPN, BetMGM, and Fanatics.

I agree with another reviewer that the VIP program is somewhat cryptic... you don't know how much you will make weekly or when you get the level up. But at least you are getting something and some of the VIP level-up are significant... hundreds or thousands! It seems pretty clear to me that the weekly and monthly cashback has a minimum amount if you had a winning week and it grows the more you lose in a week. These awards do add up and to me seem better than most if not all other options out there.

After 36 hours, nothing had changed.

So I have been on this site for a couple months with no complaints until today.
The site gives very little information on how bonus's are calculated. Due to the amount I wager these are important metrics for me to take into consideration when choosing my provider.

As a result I have been recording the weekly and monthly bonus on an excel spreadsheet to find congruencies within the data. ITs not exact but its pretty accurate.

After a couple months I have come to these metrics:

Amount wagered.
Rate back of game type played.
Win vs loss ratio.

Essentially the more you play and lose the higher your bonus is

That being said... everything seemed to be going okay until this week.
The bonus I received was $7.00

Now this is with over 100k wagered and over an 8k loss. The week prior I received a $300+ weekly bonus with far less wagered and far less loss.

Obviously there was some type of error so I reached out to custo only to be met with resistance. Saying that everything was correct and I had no idea what I was talking about. After explaining I track these metrics the custo person proceeded to try and gaslight me. The bonus that is owed is well over $500 probably closer to 1k. Such a shame this is how some of these providers do business. Id stay away and take ur business elsewhere.

Decent company cashed out up over 1k no problem. Had some minor glitches and one time they voided a bet for me that was an obvious bet but they voided it within 5 minutes of placing it hours before a game so no issues really.
