My friend Ben recently did a £50 football bet as a treble and all 3 won. He expected a payout of about £250 but they said the bet didnt win which was WRONG. I cant remember the exact date so have used todays date.
THEY SHOULD BE CALLED BETUNFAIR... DO NOT BET HERE AS THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT WANT TO PAY WINNING BETS. AVOID AT ALL COST

After 5 years of self-exclusion they want to made profile of you to decide if the reopening or not your account.
The self exclusion is a privite/personal decision
and they shouldn’t have any problem after the period expires.

I opened an account with them deposited £100 They kept asking for proof of address,iD,bank details etc,10 bloody times,I decided I have had enough,Went to close it and get my money back,but the account has been suspended,So I can't withdraw it!! I communicated via the app to an agent,After 25 minutes or so of going back and forth,He said I will get my deposit back in 7-10 working days.I still don't have it,its day 10 now.!! If I don't get it soon I will report them to the Gambling Commission.Do not bother with these people.a total joke.

It’s been a number of years since I’ve had a active account which ended so I had my own company unfortunately I had to close it in 2012 then I entered IVA to pay off some of my debts so I never used my account then I just happened to check my account couldn’t sign in then after inquiring it appeared some person ( not me) tried to opens Paddy Power account but was blocked apparently suspicious so blocked it and because these two companies were connected they blocked my Betfair account now this happened and Betfair or Paddy Power had the common sense to inform or alert myself about this or police I guess they thought they did their bit ( half a job ) customers are your lifeline whilst I thank you on one hand but on the other hand disappointed by your duty of care

I did deposit 160£ played on 10p 20 p sometimes 50p best thing they don't giving back any procent after 200spins bonus comes 50 times and each time pay me max 4£ or a bit more understand it's a hazard game but 160£ on minimum bet and nothing really how many times be like that? Every sportsbook I've used to now offer substitute insurance so after placing a bet builder and finding a winning bet I logged into to find out my bet settled as a loser. With some of the worst prices on offer the fact substitute insurance is not included is an absolute disgrace. They are so greedy they wouldn't even offer any goodwill gesture. I do not recommend this site at all. Please avoid.

This company doesn't care about the security of its customers. I received a text from them saying I had a free cash amount in my account. I didn't click on the link but asked them to confirm if it genuinely came from Betfair. After an hour on the chat I got nowhere..So much for safe gambling and customers welfare at heart. Disgusting treatment.

I actually opened a Betfair account over 10 years ago but never deposited any money into it, then forgot about it.
Recently I tried to deposit money into this same account only to find Betfair had closed it for 'business reasons'? When I rang customer service,they said my account had been permanently closed ,as Betfair can close anyones account ?whenever they like and don't have to give any logical reason why?
The decision can apparently never be rescinded,
as you can see from the Customer experience reviews 86% gave Betfair only one star?

I joined Betfair weeks ago and played my free offer bets. I had £13 in my account and my account was temporarily suspended, pending me uploading verification details. Fair enough! I then even renewed my Driving License even though I don`t drive any more. I uploaded a picture of this, evidence of address and a photo of my bank card, with certain numbers covered, as requested. It is still saying that my account is suspended. So, I went on their livechat after managing to get passed their chatbots. I have been banging my head against a brick wall for an hour, trying to explain to their customer service person that I have uploaded all photos. All I keep getting is the answer-"sorry you`ve got to verify your account"! I told her to close my account and return my £13 if they don`t want my custom! I just kept getting the same reply! Very frustrating and customer service is just pathetic! They are totally rubbish!

I've had Betfair in rotation for a while. The exchange model is useful but these days I check betfair thru VOdds and it helps in a way that it gives me a way to check movement nefore rracting during in-play betting.

What a shocking company. The casino is the worst I have ever known. It took £48 at 20p per spin to get a bonus and it paid £8!!! I hadn't used BF for quite a while as the last time it took 300 spins to get a bonus and it paid £5. 1 star is too many

I had an issue making a withdrawal which I attempted to resolve using the online chat service. The agent, Rahul provided the worst customer service i have ever encountered. I have subsequently closed my account as a result.

Honestly, I don't know what's going on with this company, they stopped paying BOG some time ago, but seems every time I get a winner they trim the odds, the last straw was yesterday i backed a winner ,it was returned 28/1,but I only got paid 20/1
That's me finished iam closing my account after nearly 10 years of business.
