DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
So place an order for oven cleaner. Had message from EVRI with phot of item supposedly delivered. Actually left outside a main door on a busy road so wasn't teherewhen I checked. Spent ages onto EVRI and have now spent days contacting Best Ideas who respond with copy and paste useless help. What a dreadful company and I see across social media I am not alone. If anyone sees this message from BESTIDEAS my order number is.90311UK. You promised a replacement but that never materialized.15 emails to EVRI and yourself !! Disgusting

Steer clear, they will keep stealing your money
I ordered oven cleaner and received leather cleaner. Put it down to a bad experience, but the following month I received an email thanking me for my order of more leather cleaner. I contacted them to advise I did not order it, they told me I had signed up to a monthly subscription. They agreed to cancel it and sent confirmation. Today I receive confirmation that another leather cleaner is on its way. They have again illegally taken money from my bank.

I ordered what I thought was a different product based on the picture and the wording on the can. They sent a different can, the same that I already had. They now tell me it's just a packaging change so I have two cans of the same product. Should have made it clear on the site before people ordered

Professional carpet cleaner was…
Professional carpet cleaner was useless. Have emailed them several times but still no response. I now query their 30 days no quibble refund policy ...
If 'no quibble 30days refund' means having to send proof the product doesnt work and then days to respond to customers, then leave your customers to pay the return postage costs ...I would challenge this 'no quibble'.
Wont be using Best Ideas UK again.

Terrible customer service received a faulty item send a email and pictures they took days to respond only to say they required a video sent the video then took days again to say it wasn't acceptable WHY... Continually delayed responses blaming the time of year..My item was not replaced nor refund give .
Would never use them again .

Rug and Fabric Cleaner
I purchased Rug and Fabric cleaner. I was a bit skeptical as I have bought stuff previously which simply didn't work. However a big shout out to this. My large cream rug came up a treat. Where visitors place their feet was stained by outdoor shoes and this spray removed the marks completely. I was thinking I would have to buy a new rug. Not now!!! Can highly recommend.

Entered my email address to gain a discount but didn’t continue with my purchase due to high postage cost. Ever since doing this I am being inundated with spam emails from nonexistent companies. Avoid these people as they clearly pass on your email to dodgy third party companies.

Great company
Great customer service. I've used this company several times now and the product I keep going back to buy is the Pro Foam kitchen cleaner. This has got to be the best yet for getting rid of baked on stains. It smells fresh and leaves no chemical smell. Excellent product! I can't remember the exact date it was delivered but the 3 for 2 offer is a bargain.

Hugely disappointed with the foam oven…
Hugely disappointed with the foam oven cleaner. Used it once on a not even dirty oven, followed instructions, and it really failed to remove any small stains.
I then requested a refund and the fun started. ‘Return unused to qualify’ was the response. Clearly this is impossible or you cannot test the product. So you do have to question the authenticity of the return policy.
Eventually I was offered 100% for the unused can and 30% for the slightly used one. I requested 50% on that (and even that is poor) but they would not budge and wanted me to return at my own cost to receive any bigger refund. This would have been pointless. So I accepted the offer and the product that does not work, is in the bin.
A disappointing encounter, transaction and product and I wont purchase anything else from them in the future.
Edit. In response to the reply, which is misleading in the extreme - the original refund offered was if the item was unused as reflected in my original review. Below is from their e-mail replying to my request. ( cut , pasted and not altered)
Misrepresenting the situation in a reply to a review is not a good look for a company.
‘Hi Lauren,
We're so sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and need to do a return.
As long as the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging, we'd be happy to process your return.’

Wow! I bought a tin of Pro Foam multipurpose professional foam cleaner. To be honest I was cynical, I have been scammed previously. Their advert came up on Facebook which made me even more worried. Well, how wrong I was. I bought two tins. They arrived well packaged in very quick time.
I used it for the first time today. It truly does what they said it would. I will definitely give them a 5* rating. Will I be using them again? Absolutely.

Load of rubbish …
Bought the oven cleaner spray on wait 20 minutes wipe off what a load of rubbish sprayed on twice shelves still not done door looks OK but had to scrub it and my cooker gets cleaned very often

Great customer service
The item I ordered went missing so I contacted the company. They were very quick to respond and looked in to the order at their end. They sent out a replacement item immediately. Their customer service has been fantastic!

Amazing service…
I ordered some cleaning products from Best Ideas, but unfortunately they were not delivered, I got in touch with the company and they promptly sent out replacements, which arrived a couple of days later. The after sales service is superb, staff are very friendly and professional, will definitely buy from them again and recommend to friends and family.

I would never buy from this company…
Update- 10/12/23 The sleeve arrived yesterday, but whether I would have had this positive response without my original negative feedback on here, I am not so sure, and will never know. My opinion of not buying from this company still stands. But because I received the item I feel that I need to amend my rate for experience, as eventually I had a positive outcome.
This was orginal feedback - I would never buy from this company again. I was promised a sleeve for a doodle pad was going to be sent out as it didn’t arrive with the doodle pad. Though they have promised to send it they haven’t sent it as yet (trying to get one sent out since the 3rd Dec.)I have messaged them everyday since the 3rd and still it’s not been confirmed that it has been sent out. There messages to me are vague and just delaying. I tried to follow it up again today and they are not answering phone calls and now the messenger link I was using for them is not longer allowing me to send a message. They have opened another messenger link for household and not gifts. In my opinion they are not a professional company. It’s worrying me with regards to the fact I have sent payment details to them.
