Fijne hoogwaardige kleding met een old money atmosfeer

Omdat de armband mij niet beviel, wilde ik hem terugsturen. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen via het contactformulier, maar heb tot op de dag van vandaag geen reactie ontvangen. Helaas staat er op de homepage geen informatie over hoe je een artikel kunt retourneren. Jammer.

Non existing customerservice. They simply dont answer! The order is for a birthday present, but I can forget all about that - 5 everydays after ordering, the package has not even left The Nederlands yet :-(

In addition to my first complain; Upon receiving the bracelets, I noticed several quality issues. The ends of the satin ropes were left loose instead of being properly burned to prevent fraying. The cuts on the ends were uneven, giving a sloppy appearance. Lastly, the knots are coming undone. Qinn responded to my complain but it has been more than two weeks and several emails still no response.

Purchased 'Gstaad Tricolor' bracelet, it took only 2 wears for the knot to not tighten. Seems as if its a common issue having read other reviews. Advice: Social media is a facade.

First of all my order took over two weeks to be delivered in CH.
Second of all- I emailed to enquire about the whereabouts of my items and no response.
Lastly - upon collection I was charged 40 Chf for the type of delivery the company used which I was never told nor asked at the checkout.
Customers must be advised of this things and not just secretly add this extra cost.
I was referred to your business by Iman Gadzhi; first impression- total disappointment.

Na minder dan 24 uur ging mn bandje al stuk heb ze een mail gestuurd maar daar heb ik op de dag van vandaag nog reactie op gehad. Hier ga ik nooit meer iets kopen!!!

Schönes armband, doch zu locker am handgelenk, ist ok!

Das Produkt an sich ist super, jedoch habe ich nicht das bekommen, was ich bestellt habe. Es kam die falsche Farbe an. Ich habe leider keine Antwort vom Kundensupport bekommen
