I used Bespoke Law Services on three occasions while trying to purchase a house, and I can confirm that they are very helpful and informative and were great at shepherding a first time buyer to their first home. I should add as well that their prices are incredibly competitive. All communication was done via email at my request due to work, and I never felt like I was behind on information or getting shortchanged.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because on the first attempt at purchasing I had to back out, and my final bill stated that I owed Bespoke money, but when I added up their charges it was actually the other way around. This took a few months of my pointing it out and their confusion before it was sorted out. But this did not happen on the other purchases.

initially the first solicitor and legal secretary were awful in pretty much every aspect. BUT after complaining, the operations manager listened and then acted. The replacement was spot on..

I had a perfect experience with BLS. Throughout, my solicitor, Sophie, was committed, diligent, and really worked hard to get my sale done. I had a few wobbles during the sale but Sophie would call and talk through the options, always made everything crystal clear and was always reassuring and looking out for my interests. Because of her great work I chose BLS for my later purchase too, which was complicated but Sophie and BLS kept on it and landed me my dream home. My partner also chose them (and asked for Sophie!) to do the conveyance for her place based on my experiences. BLS are transparent, concise and absolutely worth using for a sale or purchase. Cannot recommend enough..

I instructed Joe back in April, when myself and my partner bought our first home. As we were first time buyers, we had no idea what we were doing, but Joe and Sam were incredible through the whole process. They were always at hand if we had a question and were very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience significantly less stressful. We really felt looked after and are soo thankful for both of their efforts!.

Sophie Whitby and her support, Rebecca Wilson, were absolutely fantastic. Everything they did for me was done so efficiently and were great attention to detail; you could really tell that Sophie is an expert in her field. Furthermore, when the time came to fight my corner with the opposite Conveyancer (as it always does) Sophie really did fight for me; I was glad I had her in my corner. Price wise, they weren't the cheapest, but they were by no means the most expensive. Considering the high level of service I received, I'd said they definitely provided value for money! Many thanks

My solicitor laura was absolutely fantastic in organising my house purchase. Wasn’t simple I thought with having to sort 2 mortgages but laura made the experience a lot less stressful than what I thought it would.
Will definitely be using bespoke if I need to in the future..

Honestly can't fault them.
Everyone I spoke with was friendly quick to respond back to us with any question or query. I was worried at first with them not being local and at not having a portal to check the progress in but you didn't need it. Everyone answered my emails quickly and efficiently. I didn't really speak to anyone on the phone until the end of the process, mainly because I didn't feel I needed to, at not point was I really chasing for an update or for them to action something. We were kept in the loops amazingly, they seemed to have a good balance of keeping us in the loop while not scaring us with every delay and inconvenience. We worked with mainly Graham and Tizzy (then Rebecca) who were all great. The price in the end was more that originally quoted but for reasons that were clear and explained, and it still came in at less than the highest original quote we received. Friends warned us of horror stories of them having to chase there solicitors for weeks at a time and we didn't have to do any of that, so they were worth there wait in gold!
As first time buyer we felt like we had a lot of slightly dim question but everyone always replied with helpful genuine advice.

UTTERLY INCOMPETENT. Having stated you were ready to exchange over a week ago, you are now raising additional enquiries as you 'have a due diligence to the lender'. Correct, however you've had 16 weeks to do this but you've chosen to wait until everybody in the chain is ready to exchange. Yes that's right - 16 weeks / 4 months / 1/3 of a year. You are holding up the whole chain, 5 families who are in limbo, 5 sets of removal firms who are waiting for confirmation, 5 sets of estate agents who are waiting to be paid and another 4 sets of solicitors also waiting to be paid. YOU are the reason conveyancers get a bad name, YOU are the reason moving is so stressful, YOU are a disgrace to your profession.

Not used this company before, gave them a chance as reviews were good.

Everything went smoothly, I was kept informed of any progress, and all paperwork was promptly forwarded to me.

No complaints from me and seem a really professional and friendly firm.
