Just had a glass porch fitted, all went well , All the guys that attended were all very skilled and it looks great, I would recommend to anyone

We have just had a glass balastrade fitted to our landing. We have been very happy with everything, the fitting was done weeks ahead of the original date, the glass is a lovely quality and everyone we have dealt with has been professional and pleasant. No complaints and would recommend them.

I contacted BFG for a shower glass - tricky one as it was in the loft in the eves and had to be bespoke designed and made.

All done in a timely manner with constant contact. I am really impressed with Chris and the team. They've done a superb job - definitely recommend them. Thank you guys

Took 3 months to install a basic glass staircase, and did a poor job
Harassed me for other products i did not want
After i had paid sent me threating reminders, deapite not owing any money and them doing a terrible job that took 3 months

It all started so well. Getting a quote from Chris was easy and he seemed keen for us to do business with him. When the guys first fitted the shower it leaked everywhere. It took 6 visits in total and over a month from the original installation date 11th March to the 16th April for the shower finally be operational ..... alot of time wasted and all due to poor workmanship. We found that unless we spoke to Chris directly our requests to resolve the problem were ignored. Depsite the amount of time it took to install our shower, we have received 5 emails chasing payment following the final completion date requesting payment, (the delay in paying was partly due to us requesting a small reduction in price due to the inconvenience the delay caused us, which was only partly agreed). We received the last email chasing payment and also threatened that we may need to pay interest, two days after we had paid the final invoice - another display of poor communication. We are about to build a second shower and install a glass balustrade, but will most certainly not be using Bespokeframelessglass.

I needed a glass wall for my stair case, Chris was very profesional, and everything was finished on time, I highly recommended them.

Very easy to deal with over the phone to talk through requirements and arrange survey and the same applied when the works were scheduled.
Survey team managed to get everything millimetre perfect and it was the same team that carried out the installation, which made it so much easier.
Very pleased with the bespoke shower screen ( angled into the roof space) and the kitchen splash back.
Two members of the family need new shower screens and I had no hesitation in recommending. Many thanks Chris

Just had a small but impactful wine wall finished by Bespokeframelessglass. From the design phase, through to delivery and finishing, the service was excellent. I'll admit to flitting between options and insisting on minor retrograde work purely because I changed my mind. The patience of the team in the face of this was exemplary and it incorporated and addressed all my worries. The final product is brilliant.
