Well I had some water damage too my tipple coat on the ceiling I was at a bit of a loss what to do
But along came Jason patched it an matched it up perfectly saved me a lot of money an he blended it in so well you wouldnt know if I didnt tell you.what a polite an friendly man too he also skimmed over my walls an for a very reasonable price.i would not hesitate too get Jason again

Ordered glass balustrade for our terrace. Paid 50% upfront as glass was custom. Kept delaying install date until we revived an email to say company had gone into liquidation. Have lost over £8000 and no way of getting it back and have heard they’ve opened again under a new name. This is apparently the third time they have done this. All appeared professional and great until they vanished. Buyers beware!

Paid £2000 for shower glass. They kept pushing install date back, giving various excuses (installer in hospital, etc.). Install "tomorrow" then "next week." Finally, they sent an email saying they have ceased trading. SCAM operation. Turns out they havea done this before - liquidated, changed name slightly (from Bespoke Frameless Glass LTD to BF Glass LTD) but kept trading, always removing themselves from company before leaving customers high and dry. Watch out - they've already started a new company under the name "Lumelle Glass LTD" operating from the same address, so buyer beware! Stay away from companies with Christopher Michael Parry, Andrew Paul Sperring, Nick Morgan, Paul Adrian Light, et al.

Ordered frosted glass for a balcony. First set came and didn't fit correctly, just looked stupid. Had I think (lost track!!) 3 other sets since, each time all had scratches on even though it all 'apparently' passed their checks. We even got accused of scratching it ourselves when it was installed but our camera footage shows we didn't even touch it. One set didn't even make it off the van as the fitter told us it looked horrendous already. In the end we gave up and finally got a discount, but we are left with scratched glass!! Took nearly a year to get to this stage. Absolutely shocking service especially when you're paying a lot of money.

COMPANY HAS CEASED TRADING - BEWARE

A well managed project from the initial quote , the measure and final installation. We now have a wonderful shower screen cut to fit our bathroom.

I placed an order first week of June 2025 it took until the last working day of November 2025 to finish the install. There were multiple attempts to install the glass during this time, glass panels were either missing or cut incorrectly so could not be installed properly.

Once the order is placed and the deposit paid there is zero communication - they don’t respond to enquiries, emails, phone calls. They never return calls - to get through to someone you have to pretend to be a new customer. You can go months and numerous attempts to contact them without ever hearing back, despite the fact they’ve taken your money.

I’ve left a google review previously. The primary reason for this review is that since the install I’ve had more proactive communication from this company than at any point previously (I’ve had two requests for payment (Monday and Friday) in the week since the install) and it’s just irritated me. They’ve been really poor on both service and quality for 6 months.

The final product is as was requested - but did take quite a few revisions to get there. Final invoice paid December 2025 for an order placed in June 2025 for a relatively straightforward glass balustrade.

Absolutely terrible experience!!

They measured the enclosure incorrectly and installed it hanging over the edge of the shower tray. When we asked them to fix it, they refused and were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even threatened to start charging us interest on our last payment as we were trying to get them to fix the clearly terrible job.
This was a horrendous experience and I don’t know how they remain in business. WARNING - DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

getting a quote for a bespoke shower cubicle couldn't have been easier... the guys who measured up were very switched on and when it came to delivery, the same two guys came to do the installation and were super professional and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product.

We're very impressed with our new all-glass Juliet Balcony. We are very glad that we didn't let our builders near it and found BFGlass - what a find! Everyone at BFGlass has been great to work with and are really proud of the service they provide and the product they leave you with. After measuring in person, the final quote went down (defying the laws of building trade physics). We couldn't be happier with the result - it's transformed our new extension and we are now confident to move into our new bedroom with its uninterupted views. Thank you Chris and team!

I searched for a long time to find a company which would realise my vision of ‘invisible’ balustrades for my staircase. Several companies would not come to site to assess and measure the work - they expected me, as the client, to provide accurate measurements of dimensions and angles via online forms, thereby being responsible for any expensive mistakes. I found this unacceptable. Eventually I found Chris Parry and his team at Bespoke Frameless Glass (BFG) and he came personally to measure up in impeccable detail using laser technology. Every tiny detail was discussed and options were offered, including various different radii of curved sections and powder-coating of the glass channels to match exactly with chosen paint colours. The end result of the installation by this wonderful team is breathtaking - and the price was the best by far compared with all other quotes. I cannot recommend Bespoke Frameless Glass highly enough!

From first making a telephone enquiry to making the final payment Bespoke Frameless Glass have been a very good company to work with. Chis came and carried out the design, with Dan and Ollie fitting the shower screen with doors, and double doors between our dining room and hall. A very professional job from start to finish.

Received excellent service from BfG, right from planning to installation and aftercare. Very professional team. I am pleased I choose them to install my shower door.

Started off great but then went downhill. Was supposed to have my glass installed on the Wednesday and no one has contacted to explain why it wasn’t and was ignored. Off the back of my initial review they contacted me almost 2 weeks after the original install date and now installed and looks great. Then started chasing me the day after for final payment although they took ages to install and had only just sent me the invoice with 7 days to pay

5 star service from BFG! Straightforward process from initial scope to the final fitting. Very professional and the end result is fantastic!
