We have had a phenomenal experience with Be Ready for our employees apprenticeship course.
Senior Skills Coach - Angela has been an amazing pillar of support not only to the candidate but to me as a mentor.
Structured approaches which were personalised to the candidate and our school. Flexibility in getting the KPI's and off the job completed in a way which worked best for the candidate during the process, taking into consideration school needs and personal circumstances.
We are very appreciate for the help throughout the process and will highly recommend Be Ready to those enquiring.

The Mental Health Wellbeing Champion…
The Mental Health Wellbeing Champion course has been informative and helped develop my understanding of wellbeing, safeguarding and early intervention within my role. At times balancing the course alongside full time work has been challenging, however the support provided has made a big difference.
My skills coach, Sheena, has been really supportive throughout my apprenticeship. She has always been approachable, patient and encouraging, especially during times where things felt overwhelming. She provided helpful feedback, guidance and reassurance which helped keep me on track. I have really appreciated her support throughout the programme. Thank you Sheena!

I have found my experience to be extreamly positive, supportive and friendly. This is my second apprenticeship with BeReady, and I can honestly say it has been great, not only in the support and experience from my skills coach but also from the the extra support I required when I was struggling to stay on track. BeReady and in paticular Ellie Buckley have been amazing in ensuring I get back on track and achieve my goal of completing my appreticeship to the best of my ability. I would highly recommend BeReady if you are thinking of starting an apprenticeship.

I’ve been working with Sue for a few months, getting ready for the maths exam. She gave me confidence, explained in easy ways things I struggled to understand and also she went out her way and translated maths words in Italian for me. She has been amazing!

I have just completed my Level 3 Teaching Assistant course with BeReady. I have enjoyed the modules of the course and have gained some invaluable knowledge and skills to implement in my daily role. I have just completed my Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant and achieved a Distinction in both elements. I can’t thank everyone at Be Ready enough, especially Matthew Armstrong and Nikki Pritchard. Great experience gaining my Teaching Assistant qualification. Sarah was supportive throughout my journey always checking in and offering support i needed. The online system was easy to understand and navigate. My dedicated EPA coach Jacqui made sure i was prepared for my assessment which put me at ease as i understood the process and exactly what was needed from me. I never thought that Math would ever be something that belongs to me. After my 1st introductory session with

Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant Course
I find my Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant course to be incredibly valuable in supporting my professional development. One of the key strengths of the course is how effectively it links educational theory to my day-to-day practice in the classroom. The content has enabled me to better understand the reasoning behind the strategies I use, allowing me to apply them more confidently and with greater impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The course is well-structured and offers a wide range of varied and engaging content. Each module is highly relevant to the realities of working in a modern primary school. This relevance has made it easy to immediately apply what I have learned within my role, enhancing both my effectiveness and confidence.
A particularly important aspect of the course is its strong emphasis on reflective practice. It encourages me to critically evaluate my work and recognise areas for development. This has supported me in developing into a more skilled, thoughtful, and proactive practitioner.
I would also like to highlight the support provided by my skills mentor, Caroline Hoffman. Caroline is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and consistently supportive. She is always available to offer guidance and reassurance when needed, and her expertise continues to be invaluable to me.
I would recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their skills or pursue a route into teaching.
