Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Avoid at all costs. Done big stag order and as soon as you try get just 1 refund well within cut off time they just fob you off constantly. Didn’t even bother going to the event once I see how bad all the reviews were. Best to use a company with good reviews

We are very sorry you felt the need to post negative feedback. We did check the status of the ticket you needed to refund, and although 24 hours later than expected, you did receive this refund.

We are also sorry you were not able to make your Boat Party event, we did make a point of letting you know on a number of occasions, the importance of making transportation arrangements for this event, if you had done so, there would have been no reason your group would have missed their event. Our boat party events are fantastic and have great feedback following sold out events every week, it's a shame you missed this.

In response to your claim of no service, this is unfair, we have communicated with you a great deal leading up to your events, you did need more assistance than most groups, and afterwards regarding the refund of the one extra ticket that you purchased in error.

I am just glad you did receive your refund, and our team were able to assist you with this.

Benidorm events are very rude and…

Benidorm events are very rude and unprofessional and it’s clear they’ve got very high views of there events .
The promotion video on socil media speaks for its self regarding there pool party .the pool party in my opinion looks like pack sardines on a roll of cheap astroturf with sun loungers from 1964 .

We Want be using Benidorm events any time soon .

I dont think this person had an actual booking, this seems like an option of someone who didn't attend any events, which is a little strange. Reviews should be exclusively for people who actually attend things, not a place to share their options of things they have seen on Soicial Media.

Airport transfer

Booked a transfer to and from Alicante airport to hotel in the Old Town. Timings were perfect, plenty of space and great value for money. Would absolutely recommend and would use them again if in the area.

Absolutely horrendous service

Absolutely horrendous service.
Changed bookings multiple times, cancelled one event 2 hours prior, then withheld my refund for 6 weeks. Absolutely avoid. Nightmare to deal with and not helpful at all to resolve issues.

Quad/buggy tour

We booked the Quad/buggy tour around Bendiorm/Albir/Altea the tour was brilliant got to see lots of beautiful mountains along our tour took us around 2 hours Great day out Thank you!

March 2nd Pool Party

Went to the pool party this past weekend, loved it, it wasn't overcrowded but still so much fun, games in the pool, foam during the day. the food that was included was a huge option, like all inclusive hotel restaurant food so lots to choose from inc deserts and ice lollies and ice cream also vodka cherry slush as much as you can drink. dancers were great. no real bad points tbf. for 39 quid it was a bargain! we would have happily paid 50 each for all the alcohol and food we consumed.

So I booked the pool party for my birthday with friends paid deposit then got sent the rest of what needed to be paid after I paid realised I'd paid for 6 tickets not 5, so made contact and was told il get a refund for the extra I paid at the beginning of September, before we even went away, now almost November and still no refund all my emails are getting ignored absolute joke at first they kept saying yes will get sorted will be with me 7-10 days now getting no response the 1st email I sent was 26th September as they said on Facebook messenger to email but not 1 of the nemouris emails I've sent have been answered

I never even got to the planned event…

I never even got to the planned event as I read the reviews after booking which was my mistake as I really should have read them first. However even though I had paid in full for a party of 7 I was still within the window to cancel the event (pool party) and get a refund. I contacted Benidorm events and have communicated with them numerous times over email and WhatsApp but am still waiting for my refund. Five weeks on and the response is still the same that it is being processed. I’m so frustrated and disappointed that a company like this can take your money so easily to book and then keep fobbing you off when you’re £200 out of pocket. I understand having to wait for a refund but would expect no more than 2 weeks. Don’t make my mistake, read the reviews first plenty on Facebook aswell

Avoid

Attended an arranged pool party here on 24th June with some friends paid extra to upgrade to a bed switch a bottle of grey goose vodka. Upon arriving to the party we were taken inside to be told they don’t offer grey goose any longer and we had options of Smirnoff or absolute (we paid extra for Grey goose) after disagreeing with the lady and around 10 mins of her going back and forth on the phone she agreed that we could have the Grey Goose. Once agreed we were shown to our bed I say bed however this was a butterfly cocoon seat, which was all ripped with mould growing on, this was situated no where near the pool and it was like two cocoon seats were places
At the end of the beds we were located right next to a busy bar with no pool in sight, we did however have a lovely view of the bar and the huge queue of people that was constant everyone smoking around us and couldn’t hear music through the crowds around us. I joined the queue to get the bottle of vodka and when I finally got to the front I was told take a seat and the bar man would get it after the queue went down over 30 mins went on and the queue just kept getting bigger and bigger. We called the number we had for the event guy we had been dealing with to express our dissatisfaction of the morning and was told nothing we could do. Eventually the bottle
Of vodka arrived. The even was over sold and they didn’t have the staff to man the demand the poor bar guy didn’t stop. We were told by Benidorm events that more staff would be coming but they never actually appeared we called again and was told nothing they could do. We had no other option but to leave the event (with the bottle of vodka that we had now spent over £250 on) I have made a complaint to them and they have offered a part refund of £85 I was told numerous times that it was on its way and I should have received it, on 18th July I was told it would be with me in 10-14days it’s now 22nd August and no refund. To be honest a full refund wouldn’t be enough for the disappointment and the hours spent chasing this company. If this review stops one person booking through this company then I am happy I would avoid any trips with these people

Cocktail making Rockstar Benidorm

Booked cocktail making for a hen party at Rockstar Bar. Good communication and easy to book. But for the price per head it was basically 3 cocktails we had to make ourselves.

Didn’t get to chose the cocktails, lovely girl who hosted but very low energy didn’t really get us in a party mood.

The guy was a bit useless.. didn’t do much just wandered around and looked hungover himself

Do not book the pool party!

Booked a pool party with these guys which was a scam, it advertises that they have DJs on all day and ibiza DJs on from 5pm until 8pm with dancers! We had no DJ all day and definitely no ibiza Dj later on, most of the day there was no music round the pool so basically you all your paying for is to use the all inclusive in a rubbish 2 star at best hotel for the day which is really not worth it, wasted my last day of holiday and was scammed into believing it was a pool party when it wasn’t

This event runs between 12pm and 11pm every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. There is no set arrival time or set time for entertainment, the venue provides DJs, Dancers and Stage Shows every date without fail. The all-inclusive runs between 12pm and 7pm, after this time drinks are pay as you go. This never changes, it is as listed and the same every event. I can confirm the indoor and outdoor bar were both available, the team there were also available to assist you with any queries you would have had at any point during the day. We are in close communication with the team at BC and can confirm their dedication to customer service and satisfaction is second to none for all guests that attend.
