Scammers.wouldnt refund my money and we're very rude and insulting.

I recently booked with fizzbox ( book a party)
When arriving to the activity the company were not made aware of the booking at all and had no confirmed. Therefore, when arriving there was no worker to take us through the activity and we wasn’t able to do it.

Myself and the activity company have been emailing and calling book a party for a few days now hoping to sort this out and get a refund for their mess up but we have had no reply still.

Wouldn’t book again!
I booked a naked man drawing experience for my friends hen do. It was awful. The model had never done it before, didn’t speak to anyone, looked very uncomfortable. We were rushed to start but we also wanted to get a drink first so people missed out on half of it as you had to go up and down flights and flights of stairs to get to the room. The man who took it even admitted it wasn’t good. On top of that we are promised a bottle of wine for the bride to be which she got but wasn’t aloud to drink on the premises.
The company were in loads of contact with me for paying but after I emailed to tell them how disappointed we were iv heard nothing back.
Don’t waste your time booking. The experience is not what you think and ruined the time we could have done something a lot better.

We were taken many miles out of town to a wilderness dirt track road outside the city limits and not around the city as you might think. The home made beer bike was unsafe, broken bicycle peddles, very uncomfortable seating and seating position, hazardous sharp edges, no organisation, this ride should be shut down by the authorities.

Our experience was terrible and not what we had paid for at all. We booked the sangria bike tour. The description says a scenic river route... there was no river, we were in the middle of nowhere. Our driver did not interact with us at all and was not even on the bike let alone playing interactive games with us. Half of the pedals were not even connected to chains. And to top it off, some of us had to jump down and push to turn it round on the bumpy road that was not safe at all. On the way back to our drop point one of the taxis blew up on the motorway, half of the group were left abandoned on the side of the road for 45 minutes waiting to be picked up. A dangerous situation for everyone. We have since raised a complaint and have had no response! I think its disgraceful and disgusting the experience they are selling. It could not be further from the truth.

Cheeky Butler Hire, we hired a butler called Sexi Tony from this company and the experience was horrible, never again. A guy that is near 50 year old, it was drunk and smelt really bad. We went to a venue called Sky Bar the place was not bad but the butler was horrible.

Our Bar Tender, Nessy, guided us well through the cocktail making session.
A fun time was had by all.

What an excellent afternoon! from start to finish we had a ball, hard to believe it was the middle of the day. very well organised and was perfect for our group! shame we were the only table in 90's clothing but was a great laugh. will definitely recommend and be looking for another event in the future.

Booked an escape room experience via Fizzbox; very easy process and simple to use website. Recommended.

I booked the quad biking for my daughters 21st and paid for 5 of us to attend an hour session at 4pm on 19/10/24. We travelled from the Midlands and stayed at a hotel nearby to ensure we were on time . When we arrived at the venue at 3.55pm we were advised that we should have been there 30 mins before our scheduled time . We did not get any instructions from Fizz to advise us of this . The venue even said this happens frequently and we should in future book directly with them . The session commenced at 4.25 and we were finished at 5pm . I felt cheated out of our hour session . Had we have been sent the correct information we would have been there at 3.30 to get our 60 min session. We had no advice on timings clothing etc for the session . I was asked for feedback by Fizz and I have tried to load it I keep getting an error message saying unable to load feedback . I want to ensure you get my feedback so you can take action to avoid disappointment for others . I paid £325 and did not get the value for my money due to the poor communication and no fault of my own .

Fizzbox made my event booking simple and easy. They gave clear information and timescales, were responsive to questions and super helpful throughout the booking process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Fizzbox made everything so easy to book this great stag night cruise down the Thames! Easy to book, brilliant communication, no hidden fees or anything like, two of my party had to cancel just two days before and I was fully refunded for them without any hassle at all. The trip was superb! We had a great time and I'll definitely use Fizzbox and The London Boat Party again!

I wanted to book an activity for a friend's birthday and with Fizzbox, it was easy to find something fun, for a reasonable price and at a date/time of my choosing. I'd definitely use them again.

Experience was catered to our requirements. The host was very funny, welcoming and made us all feel relaxed and excited to take part it the games.

We enjoyed the silent disco so much! The tour guides were very fun and energetic. We had a great time

Loads of choice for hen party activities in Brighton. Easy to use & book & good communication leading up to the event. We did Alcotraz which was brilliant. The staff really got into character & the cocktails were delicious.

Amazing way of exploring a city, it was so fun to work out all the clues whilst exploring and also getting history information at the same time. The tour took us in places that we will for sure have missed otherwise. Recommended!

Hilarious! Booked Dickorate in Bournemouth for a hen party, we were looking for something alcohol free and relaxing to do before going out out. This was perfect, so much fun, made for really funny pictures and the bride loved the idea. Meg our host was fantastic, really friendly, understanding when our lunch ran late and took so many photos for us!
