Made moving less stressful. Great value for money. Arrived on time on moving day. Nothing was damaged, including plants and paintings. I wouldn't even tell my friends to ask around for a quote, I know these guys will offer the most competitive price and the best service.

Great value for money and very professional. They were easy to deal with, kept in communication all the way, did what the said they were going to do and the team on the day were incredible - quick, very polite people and just got the job done without compromising quality. Vlad and John were our Moving guys on the day and they were absolutely fantastic. They carefully packed everything up, packed it well and then delivered it and moved the boxes in to all the correct rooms across a split level property. They must have been exhausted by the end of the day but were nothing but friendly and courteous throughout. I'd like to also add that all pre correspondence with the online team was also professional and patient with us - we are first time movers and were quite concerned about this aspect of moving property. All in all, my wife are I cannot recommend enough for such a stressful thing as moving.

We picked BeMove for our move from London to Blackpool based on these great reviews and their competitive pricing. Sadly, our experience didn't match those of others. Firstly the team was late, only by half an hour, but as my carer had planned to let them in and get them started before putting me on a train up North, it totally messed up our schedule.
As soon as they arrived, they realised they wouldn't have a big enough van and so half the team left again!
There didn't seem to be any communication or planning between the packers and my carer about the order of work - we had planned for my bed plus a box of essentials to be packed last so that they could be unpacked first, but this didn't happen which was a bit of a disaster for me.
The packers don't seem to have had any training or have much understanding of what lives where in a house. Items from different rooms were thrown in together without any thought or labelling and we are still trying to locate stuff a month later.
When it came to unpacking the boxes, the team didn't unload them in a space efficient way (by stacking them tight to a wall, for example), so the rooms became filled very quickly and then it became impossible to put stuff in the right place. I had spent weeks pre-packing as much as I could and labelling it with the correct room and it all became dumped at the bottom of a huge mountain in one room. I repeatedly asked the movers to put things here or there but unless I stood over them, they just ignored the labels.
Finally I've had a further issue when I've unpacked a piece of artwork to find it damaged. I asked BeMove to claim on their insurance but I was told the following: 1."the damage was already done and the team took photos to prove it" (why on earth would someone take a picture of damage that they had had nothing to do with, I don't know!)
The cost of replacement was only £135 which seems a small amount for goodwill on a £3500+ job, especially considering I gave the team a sixty quid tip!
I just found the way BeMove operate to be really unprofessional compared to other movers I've used before who would always call if they came across or caused any damage.
I hope this review helps you make your decision.
I do have to give them some kudos because the whole team worked incredibly hard on both days.
It's true that we have a lot of stuff and halfway through the job the owner, Vlad, came to help to make sure the job got done. However I can't say it was done to a high standard.

They really do care!

Apart from the fact that they moved me in a superb way, they were really professional, and help throughout the experience, they also resolved 1 issue with a smaller kitchen table. In essence, a small part of the ending of the table leg had an issue and BeMove Removals ordered the part and came and installed it!

They are absolutely amazing and I recommend them - thoroughly!

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Booking and virtual tour of the property was easy. We had the packing service which I would 100% recommend. The movers arrived the day before to pack. They were quick and efficient and bought all the materials. The day of the move ran smoothly. Having beds sofas etc out up in the new house was a great help after a tiring day. Unpacking the the boxes we found nothing broken everything was packed very well. The team made the stress of moving a lot easier. Thank you!

Excellent moving company, move took place without a hitch. Team was professional and efficient. Disassembled and reassembled a dining table to fit it through narrow doors. No damage to any belongings including art/mirrors/delicates. Definitely recommend!

We hired BeMove when we moved house and I have to say that they provided a really great service. They were on time and worked really efficiently, moving all our items with great care. They also showed great flexibility, which is important as all parties in the chain await the exchange of funds and delays can occur. The guys were friendly and courteous working in a really professional manner. I would definitely hire them again for any future requirements we may have.

Fantastic Service!
John, Adrian and Alex were so brilliant. Moving on one of the hottest days at 33 degrees, the team were so fast and efficient. Communication was great, and they were so accommodating to our little requests. We had a stop off to drop some items off at a location, and everything was very smooth. They really look after your belongings, and take care when moving/placing things.
I've got another move soon, so will definitely be using these guys again!
