Leo and his team were fantastic
Leo and his team were fantastic. They arrived in the morning, said step aside and did all the moving carefully and meticulously.
We thought it would take longer but with 6 people and 3 vans they made short work of our 5 bed house they were done in about 2 hours.
Drove 200 miles and did the same at our new place
A very smooth process and nothing was too much trouble
Good company to deal with and their person on the ground, Leo, was very helpful, the whole team was great from beginning to end.
Highly recommended.

This company has called me 7 times…
This company has called me 7 times since I stupidly entered my details into what I thought was an aggregator site for removal companies. I thought I would get a few emails and some quotes, instead I was immediately bombarded with call after call, with this company the worst of them. Very odd sales approach and extremely inconsiderate. I would never recommend.
I am editing to include that they tried to have this post taken down by Trustpilot, whilst claiming to have privately reached out to me. More lies from a company that is happy to harass potential customers. After showing Trustpilot the evidence, they were happy to reinstate this review. Abhorrent practices from a company trying to hide their practices.

It's a pity that we have been unable to resolve this matter privately as you are not cooperating with us.
Your continued one-star reviews suggest an intent to denigrate our company rather than a genuine concern about our services.
While we work really hard to deliver high-quality services and wish to have our professionalism reflected in our reviews, it's not only about "inflating our rating with only positive reviews" as you stated. We truly value each review, whether positive or negative, if it is honest, reflects reality and helps us improve our services in the future.
However, your review was flagged and removed as this platform assessed and determined that it violated their guidelines for genuine experiences . We want our reviews to reflect the experience our customers had with us while relocating their goods whereas you were not even one of our customers!
You have applied on a comparison website for a quote and you provided us with your details so we can get in touch with you. As is standard practice, your details were shared with 5 other companies and all were entitled to contact you . It is our job to g et in touch with the leads that we receive (and pay money for them) and provide quotes.
There have actually been 6 calls over 8 days (29 January - 5 February) but you never answered to any of them. Once expressed disinterest and emailed us that you "do not want to speak with our team", we ceased contact. Despite this, you proceeded to post one-star reviews.
We believe your review is unfair as it is not based on a genuine experience with us as you were not even our customer.
Sneaky business model full of extra charges / low service
Quote higher price for more vans, when you negotiate they drop the price but also drop the number of vans, so stuff is squeezed in / damaged.
They shoot off the second the vans are packed to your new address, and if you’re more than 30 mins behind (which you obviously will be if you’re taking your keys to estate agent / doing a clean), they’ll charge you a hefty ‘waiting fee’ for every 30 mins you are behind them, and try to make you pay it before unloading. Robbery.
However if you don’t pay the extra fees, they’ll do a slap dash job of unloading your belongings and won’t put furniture back together properly.
There are definitely better removal services for the money - don’t waste your time / money here.

We were disappointed to read your review, especially as we had been considering waiving the waiting time fee. We believe the use of the term "robbery" is an overstatement.
The quote that you received was for the overall move and not for the number of the vans/movers. This is reviewed by our Logistics Department a few days in advance and we will send the right resources for every move.
We previously requested that you specify which items you believe were damaged and which pieces of furniture were not reassembled, but we have not received a response. This is unusual, as your move was completed a month ago. In our earlier email exchanges, you mentioned that "the team has been fantastic, genuinely no complaints, and would love to leave a five-star review," which makes your current feedback surprising.
As outlined in our initial quote and agreement, a waiting time fee is applicable. On the day of the move, the movers informed you of their arrival time in Ashford, but they had to wait for two hours to begin unloading. Given the considerable travel time involved, it was essential for the move to proceed efficiently. As per our contract, the first half hour was provided free of charge. As previously explained, the waiting time fee compensates the movers for their additional time on the job.
All of this was stated from the beginning; nothing was hidden. Furthermore, the waiting time charge has still not been paid.
Reliable and skilled
Stefan and Razvan were great! They had no trouble getting all our stuff packed perfectly into the van, and everything was in perfect condition on the other side.

An excellent service offered by a helpful and friendly team
I had a really really good experience with BeMove. From from start, with my exploratory telephone contract with the company, to the moment they completed my move to my new home, they were very helpful and extremely efficient. Boxes were delivered on time, queries were answered promptly, and useful advice was offered as to what I required.
All the team were focussed, friendly and dedicated to providing a good service. I was very impressed and relieved as moving home is obviously a very stressful experience. Unusually I felt committed to writing a review as I felt this was so well deserved and they helped make my house move as painless as possible.

Very hard working, efficient and polite
The team were all very hard working and polite. They sought out any problem issue and set about resolving. We have used larger removal companies in the past that were impolite, lazy and more expensive. Bemove were the best removal company we've used in the last 5 moves.

Quick and professional
The BeMove crew did an excellent job with our 2 bedroom + piano removal. They took care protecting all furniture and complete the work in just 3 hours. Really satisfied with their professionalism and will definitely call them next time for future removals.

Really good value for money
Really good value for money, friendly and polite, very very efficient. We opted for the packing service to move our 4 bed house contents from London to Surrey (trampoline inclusive!) and the team we're brilliant - worked quickly and thoroughly and to a very high standard. Everything was well packaged and delivered safely. Worth every penny and would highly recommend them.

Alex was a GREAT team leader and Andrea kept me informed from the office. The guys helped keep me on track too as I was still packing some things 🤣. At least 3 other staff helped me too with quotes and advice and answered all my questions. They picked great locations to set up my furniture and made it feel like a home before I walked in. They always answer the phone or respond to emails super-quick.

Great and efficient service as always
This is the second time we have used BeMove Removals and I would highly recommend. They are very efficient, quick to respond and provide an excellent service.
Our movers today, Vlad and Cosmin were great. Very polite and efficient, were on time and finished within the expected timeframe. Especially since this was a difficult move, as our flat was located on the top floor and there is no lift access (but 76 steps instead). I cannot praise them enough.
I would happily use their services again!
