I can’t thank Jemma and the team at Beercocks Newland Branch enough for all their help in selling our Property. From the very beginning, Jemma made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful than we expected. Jemma was always friendly, approachable, and kept us updated every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — whether it was answering my endless questions, or offering honest advice about pricing and offers.

I couldn’t fault the team from start to finish, Jess made so much effort to keep me updated throughout my time on the market, was proactive about changing photos and highlighting the property when my viewings went quiet. I never once had to chase her she always came to me first which I found really valuable and made me feel like she really cared about me and my property.
Her joy when I secured my sale felt genuine and I couldn’t have asked for more from her.
I was then passed on to Eden for my sales progression, again she was proactive and provided me with updates as well as giving me clear instructions on what to do on the day of sale.
I would recommend Beercocks to anyone looking to sell in my area.
