Bought the sunflower necklace that showed "You are my sunshine" for my wife that I was going to give her for Valentine's Day - but she found it before I could hide it - absolutely loved it! J’ai fait une commande le 2 décembre 2022 . No :263516 et payé le montant de $62.74 Canadian avec l’échange . Je n’ai jamais reçue ma commande encore et nous sommes le 26 décembre. Tracking no:,UM624676741US . Je cherche et rien ne me dit que j’ai commandé un bijou et qu’il est en route. Rien ne paraît avec ces numéros.,Aidez moi à retrouver mon ordre ou rembourser moi le même montant et vite . J’attends de vos nouvelles en dedans de 24 hres pour me confirmer que vous ne m’avez pas voler mon argent et oublier ou ignorer ma commande. Sinon je prendrai des procédures contre contre vous. What a delightful experience ordering from Bee Kind! The necklaces ordered are beautiful, the shipping was quick and convenient and the service was outstanding. Most important they dedicate funds to the conservation of "the bees" which keep our planet blooming. Kudos to all at Bee Kind!

My experience with BeeKind was excellent because customer service patiently answered and offered solutions to the questions I had about discounts, credits, etc and were willing to offer me multiple opportunities to claim them when I hadn't realized how to access them l. Their products are beautifully packaged and environmentally friendly.

I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas on Dec. 4th and two days later it shipped, but the tracking number never updated. Contacted customer service and got a response within hours letting me know they were looking into the situation and I would have an answer within 2-3 days. Without me having to follow up they contacted me and let me know my order would be delivered soon. It came the next day!! I love it and Rhoni in their customer service has been amazingly helpful!!

I had purchased a spinning sunflower and bee ring for my wife. She was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the flower came off. I sent a message with photos in to the customer service team (Martina). Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it arrived in a typical timeframe considering it’s the holiday season. It was well packaged and the gift box was cute and perfect for what it is. My wife’s going to love it!

I received my order which is beautiful. Not only is the jewellery gorgeous but I love the little things as well, like the envelopes and message cards. I bought this jewellery for my 10 year old daughter to give to her friends for Christmas. They are very special and give a personal touch to each friend.

The experience was scary to buy so much jewelry online. I loved all the little notes and the gift wrapping with care was so welcoming. It really shows how much detail I love putting in for others. I’m amazed and I know my friends will be too for Christmas so thank you so much for this. I know it sounds nuts but I wanted something for all my friends to remember me by when I leave. My purchase was almost $300 but I got a lot. It’s all so sweet and meaningful. I hope that I was able to support the bees too with my purchase. Oh and when they had an issue delivering to my trailer (I have a lot number) they were willing to redo the shipment when we thought it was already getting shipped back but luckily I was able to pick up my package at the Usps store. I feel like I got an amazing deal on my order because for this much love and such a great cause getting a little help, $300 should have been more. I’m very happy with my purchase and hopefully I can get the spinning sunflower necklace and the bangle for myself soon.
