Easy to follow the ordering process. Would have been good to have an alternative Mattress option to change the type that comes with the bed by default.

Regarding the mattress options. If you are ordering a divan then each divan set has a different mattress that comes with it.
If it is a bedframe you are choosing, then you can also select from many different mattresses and also bundle deals where you get an extra 20% off specific mattresses'. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Gareth was very helpful and calming at a time of great stress! I have autism, and am a single parent trying to run my own business and currently moving house with no support - meltdown is an understatement. The website was easy to understand and manoeuvre. The measurements for the bed sizes were available and accurate, and I found even the small single bed measurement very helpful.
Picking delivery date and time slot was also helpful. I enjoyed shopping on the site.
